A not-so-new hotel located in a good location. Parking on the street, but it is guarded by security without payment. A deposit is required to check-in. /Reception is nice, though they should confirm whether it's the guest or not by showing proof. Just giving name away is so dubious. /Stayed at 'Deluxe Room' on the 6th floor. Luckily it overlooks Thamrin Plaza so there's good view to wake up to. /Room is quite clean. There's slight dust around, but overall it's not noticeable. Interior is a… choice, but understandable since it's a budget hotel. /Bathroom is small. Just big enough to use the toilet and shower. There are hangers, but not enough to hang a cloth set. Dental kit is provided along with cups, but no shower gel. /Breakfast is meh, but it's there. There's small variety and limited seats. /Didn't have a chance to snap pictures, so take the review with a pinch of salt. /

Pelayanan oke, akses lumayan dekat dari tujuan saya, lumayan bersih juga, hotel tua sih tapi ya.

Sangat memuaskan. Sangat homey. Staff ramah. Makanan enak banget. Lokasi dekat ke mana-mana. Next kalau ke Medan harus menginap di Gandi Inn lagi. Service jempolan.

Kamarnya ber bau, ktp ketinggalan, tidak di kembalikan selesai di foto copy, seharusnya langsung dikembalikan tanpa diminta.

Dekat mau kulineran atau belanja ke psr rame.

Tempat strategis, makan enak, staf ramah, minusnya hotel yang sudah agak lama, shower yang kurang bagus, ada parkir.

Kamar mandi bersih. Tidak ada bau yang enggak sedap. Bagus. Air panas berfungsi bagus. AC termasuk ok.

Kurangnya hanya pada kamar mandi yang masih agak berbau dan kasur yang kurang bersih sehingga menimbulkan gatal saat tidur.

AC kurang dingin & kamar kurang bersih.

Found this place based on Google maps search because I need to stay for a week near to my relatives' place (Jl Rahmadsyah) and decided to stay there because they were responsive when I contacted them through WhatsApp to check on few important things like the internet connection & room/window availability. At first I was put at room 601 but since the AC was not cold, I requested to move to another room and the problem was solved (moved to 301). Their best value that is in top of my mind is the people's service & hospitality, from the staffs, front desks, security, until the owner himself. You can also get decent breakfast and be full before starting your day. Internet connection at the 2nd floor (for breakfast) can reach 80-100mbps, while in my room it was 20-50mbps, it was OK for me since I could still working remotely smoothly. From the check in until I check out, all things were great. If you don't mind with the old appearance of the building and the rooms, then you should be fine. And it could be a little bit too quiet at night in front of the hotel, better get there by car to avoid theft. A little bit feedback for the hotel management: probably few spots in the room can be painted/polished so it can look nicer, and not sure if the wood flooring was mopped before I checked in because it felt a bit dirty but there were sandals provided so I just used that when I'm in the room.
