Very strategic location, clean unit, all equipment works normally, cold AC, good facilities. The kids are happy to stay here and plan to stay again.

Overall staying experience was not that bad, the space was fine, clean, linens are clean, beds and bedrooms are comfortable, kitchen and all appliances working well, proper dishes, utensils, refrigerator, microwave, all aircons are good, cold, all are well covered, accessible to all public areas, swimming pool clean and nice to have. It is recommended for a short stay 1-2 days, for max 2 persons, where you need all the quick access to any public areas, where you don't spend the whole day in the unit, don't bring car, as no free parking provided, we spent IDR 93,000 for parking. Please use cash deposit, and on-site meeting with the field team, if you ask for on-site meeting you can have and return your key immediately, as well as the cash deposit, we opted cash transfer, and it took us another day to be refunded. The living space (kitchen, livingroom) are very tight, only around 1.8 m available space, and the bedroom spaces also not allowed us to open the cabin size luggage freely, the sofa and the TV is too close, cable TV works fine for the living room, but not in the bedroom, nothing that we can watch. The wifi initially cannot be used, as no service upon the provided internet modem, the management however, responded quickly by replacing the modem instantly that night. Thanks! The soundproofing is poor, with closed windows, we still can hear the traffic at night-but those are still acceptable and we can still comfortably stayed.

Very bad experience. Sebelum check-in saya sudah mendapat hal yang sangat membuat tidak nyaman oleh tim pengelolanya.

TV kabel tidak ada. Minta terus ke pengelola supaya dibenarin. Tapi alasannya GP Plaza tidak ada TV Kabelnya. Nginap di Kamar 1812 sangat tidak memuaskan. kalau di kamar lain gak tau ya. Tergantung owner atau pengelolanya kayaknya

Great apartment. Have 2 bedrooms and the room is very tidy and also clean. Good for 3 people in one apartment.
