不错。周围环境很棒

工作人员不友好，房间距离较远，服务差。食物是标准的，只有清洁度足够，设施缺乏。说实话，各方面都需要改进。如果夜晚黑暗而可怕

酒店工作人员很友好，乐于助人，不幸的是房间里有股发霉的木头味

酒店很美观，我们是一家有老人的家庭。只是建议将游泳池向公众开放，这样会更加热闹，维护得也更好

Kolam renangnya kurang bersih ya

nyaman dengan nuansa alam, suasana asri bikin mata ngantuk

Staff hotel ramah, tapi tidak cukup perhatian atas kebersihan kamar: ada sampah, alas alat mandi berjamur, kamar apek, ada kecoa. Makanan lumayan. Area luar hotel artistik tapi tidak ramah lansia. Tangga curam dan jarak antar anak tangga tinggi tanpa pegangan / handrail.

I hope all of you come here. Taste of food was delicious.

Tempatnya kalau dari luar terlihat sangat bagus, tapi dalam kamar sangat kotor, meja banyak kotoran cicak, jendela-jendela banyak kotoran cicak, lantai banyak kotoran cicak, dimana-mana banyak kotoran cicak. Sangat disayangkan hotel sebagus itu tapi kamarnya jorok, pelayanan oke, hanya saja menu sarapan sangat terbatas dan rasanya biasa saja. Dengan harga yang lumayan mahal tapi tidak sesuai yang diharapkan. Cukup sekali saja untuk pengalaman.

Kamar tidak terurus. Nyesel booking di sini.

3 Rooms, 2 aircon not working, room utensils and amenities not complete, desk phone off, unpleasant (barn) odor, flies at restaurant, elevator not working, reception unprofessional (wifi psw, reataurant location, etc not informed at check in). Prompt response from the maintenance technician.

Lokasi dekat terminal, konsep hotel bagus …. Tapi kamar junior suite kurang terawat, kulkas & telepon tidak berfungsi.

AC di kamar bocor, kamar mandi ga bersih, kolam renang kotornya amit-amit, gak layak hotelnya dibuka kalo kolam renangnya ga bisa dipakai.

Hotel terparah sepanjang perjalanan kami, pasta gigi kering, sikat gigi hanya 1, ada serangga liwat, depan kotor kaya musium yg tak pernah di singgahi, sudah booking lama dan minta make up room ultah anak eh mau surprise gagal total gara-gara pintun rusak padahal dekor kena charger 800rb seharusnya sblm kami masuk semua sudah OK. cek in tak ada penyambutan, cek out resepsionis tidak rapi kaya belum mandi dan tidak pakai masker...bayar 1,7jt tapi kaya hotel melati

Kamar kotor, ada tikus dan kecoa.

Apparently according to agent this hotel is one of the best hotel in Cepu , great view and reasonable price , I got the deluxe room one but it was very disappointing, the only good one from my room is the backview , theres coffee stains everywhere on the floor and table , closet and fridge smells like burnt trash , broken tv , bathroom is very dusty and dirty , very little neccessities and the towel is rougher than my rug at home and also stinks like 2 weeks old avocado. The bedside lamp is full of dirt and weird old trash , the small bed on the balcony is full of weird stains and makes me itchy everywhere and the food wow its one of the worst breakfast I ever had , stale bread , almost expired jam because it was gooey and weird , the fried rice its like has been refried and displayed multiple times , crackers were stale and tacky , chicken and other food were very bad and had a weird taste and no other food available just simple rice and bread and both were disgusting. The facilities , almost no facilities available , pool os being cleaned for 2 days so I didn't try that , tennis field is also closed , dry leaves and spider web everywhere on the property , gym is closed too and maybe its because of recent pandemic but they don't keep this property well at all. The hotel staff were very friendly though , they greet me everytime I enter the hotel and always smiling.
