Great location very hard to get a pool lounge . Sat in kids area instead which was fine

Staff very friendly, lovely and clean hotel. Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, would not stay again due to uncomfortableness.

Very friendly and helpful staff right from the checkin in to checking out. Staff were always very attentive and offering to help when required. Grounds and pool area very clean, staff continually checking for cleanliness. Hotel very quiet and safe. Pool access rooms excellent, only criticism was that there are no ladder/steps from room directly into the pool, only steps at end of pool and the lounges on the verandah were more like chairs and not very comfortable for lounging.

Very central and easy to walk to all necessities. Great value Beauty Spa for massage and beauty treatments ask for Sari or Ita . Staff were all so helpful from the front desk to the room attendants. Definitely would stay again

The land right next to the Hotel was waste & derelict

Amazing place, we stayed here on our last night in Bali, wish would have found it when we arrived, we would definitely stay here again 🤗

What a beautiful hotel! Couldn’t fault anything about this place, the staff were amazing, the rooms very luxurious and the breakfast had practically every option you could wish for. Highly recommend

Great location and excellent hotel

Bathroom stinks maybe from a sewer or something.Air-condition is not enough had a hard time getting good sleep because it’s hot.Food taste is terrible.Gym has only a few equipments and some of it are not working.The only good thing is the bed.Not a five star service or quality.

This Hotel was very clean , new, great morning buffet, close to beach and shops!

I liked the blackout window curtains. The room was lovely and spacious. The breakfast was excellent, and the beds were super comfortable. :):)

Lovely hotel. In a quieter location on the border of Legian and Seminyak but a quick 2 minute stroll to the beach and an easy walk up the beach to Legian and Kuta. Pool access room was large and comfortable. Would have been lovely to have some sun lounges on the patio rather than chairs that weren’t very comfortable. Food and cocktails were plentiful and delicious but the $3.50 room service fee caught us by surprise given the cost to stay. There is a delicious Greek restaurant just up the road and also a lovely Italian place. Signing the pool towels in and out each day was a pain in the proverbial. But overall stay was great and we’d do it again.

The only thing i would say is that the garden room description is at least very vague!! Our room looked over what i would call dump or building site other than that all was a you would expect from a five star hotel.

Great place all round

We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Mecure, but found buffet breakfast choices quite average and the amount of pool loungers a bit limited. Especially when people seemed to get away with reserving them empty with a towel draped over. The staff were always lovely and accommodating.
