Fantastic hotel and facilities. Convenient and well priced.

Where to start?? Just walking through the door you feel like royalty, with a fresh welcoming drink! The staff was so accommodating and the breakfast buffet was fantastic! Our room was spacious, clean, and the bed was gigantic! Wonderful place to stay!

Elegant and super clean. Very convenient location, 10 min walk to the beach and 30 min ride to airport ( depending on traffic). Great value

It was so noisy and food wasn’t good so I didn’t enjoy it, I don’t recommend it to anyone at least don’t pay for breakfast it’s gross but the stuff was nice and kind

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig, es wurde immer nachgelegt. Wir haben spontan gebucht, da unsere Planung durch die heftigen Regenfälle nicht durchführbar war. Waren positiv überrascht, auch wenn es schon ein großer "Klotz" ist Schön wäre es, wenn das Hotel nach hinten oder zur Seite einen Ein- bzw. Ausgang hätte. Der Weg an der Hauptstr. entlang ist weder schön noch ubgefährlich.

I spent two full weeks at Grand Palace Hotel in Sanur and I enjoyed all the time. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They cared for all my requests. My room was in good condition, beds comfortable and the entire hotel was kept clean. Breakfast was good, the selection of food was average with only minor variations from day to day. Furthermore they had a good menu with delicious dishes for lunch and dinner. To go to the beach or to the shopping mall it is a ten minute walk. As mentioned in many reviews before, the hotel is situated at a very busy main road with dangerous pedestrian ways. Overall, Grand Palace Hotel is highly recommended.

Hotellet ligger ud til en af de største veje på Bali, men hvis man bestiller værelse med udsigt til pool, så mærker man det ikke. Værelset er dejlig stort, sengen er behagelig og altanen absolut brugbar. Aircon støjer og køleskab støjer noget, men det vænner man sig til. Poolen var fin, men selve poolområdet faldt ikke lige i vores smag, og stranden var tæt på. Det samme var butikker og restauranter, og en god lang strandpromenade. Det eneste minus for os var kvaliteten af morgenmaden og især kaffen - det var skuffende, og vi valgte at spise morgenmad andre steder halvdelen af dagene. Samlet set er hotellet godkendt, men jeg ville fravælge morgenmaden en anden gang.

Good basic hotel but the surrounding area is not great. Paid extra for room with balcony, half of which faced a brick wall! Average breakfast Staff very nice

Buffet was pretty basic and regularly running out of items. 10-15min walk to beach and restaurants. Not a safe walk along a very busy main road. We had a pool access room but there was no step on rails to get in or out of the pool. We are in our mid 50s and I have a damaged leg so not practical at all if you have any restrictions

The Grand Palace Sanur exceeded our expectations. The staff and level of service were phenomenal. Our room was beautifully appointed with every commodity imaginable. We were even offered a showing room for our late departure from the hotel. This enabled us to freshen up before our flight home. The only disappointment was the poor condition of the footpaths outside the hotel. Being on a busy highway made walking to the beach and shopping precincts difficult particularly in the dark . The footpaths were very unsafe with broken and damaged sections. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would not hesitate to return. Repairs to the footpaths would make this a perfect accommodation choice when staying in Sanur.

Nice clean hotel. Large room, comfortable bed. Nice pool. Breakfast basic. Dining options ordinary.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable room ans beds. Abundant choices at complimentary breakfast, including of gluten free food. I felt very safe both at the hotel and also walking to night markets alone at night. Lovely swimming pool. Very helpful and friendly staff. Main road is noisey and heard from in room. Air conditioner fairly quiet but louder than my other accomodations in Bali. My room's toilet made a strange water leaking noise. By the pool there are sun lounger chairs however not enough as each time I went down by the pool there was not any available for me to use.

Food options were excellent, bed very comfortable. Though the room was a bit dark could use extra lighting.

Could not fault the hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast, comfortable bed, clean room. They would cook food up for me for breakfast with onion and garlic
