The hotel has a policy of not receiving any reservations made by non-married couples and that the married-couples have to present themselves with a valid government-issued identity prior to check-in such as the Indonesian ID card (KTP suami-istri) / Marriage Certificate/wedding photos (foto-foto pernikahan). Failing/refusing to do so will result in the rejection of the reservation. (Hotel memiliki kebijakan untuk tidak menerima reservasi yang dibuat oleh pasangan non-menikah dalam satu kamar. Pasangan yang sudah menikah harus memiliki dan memperlihatkan identitas diri seperti KTP suami-Istri dengan alamat yang sama / fotokopi Buku Nikah / foto-foto pernikahan pada saat registrasi (check-in). Pihak hotel berhak untuk membatalkan/menolak reservasi jika tamu tidak dapat/menolak menunjukkan kartu identitas yang diminta.)

Tempat strategis, area kamar sekitar tenang, kamar cukup bersih, peralatan mandi tersedia dan perangkat kamar mandi berfungsi semua dengan baik (hanya beberapa tampilan saja yang sudah usang dan ag longgar). Parkir mobil cukup 5bh, pelayanan staf hotel baik dan yang minus nya mgk channel tv aja yang tidak bisa berfungsi dengan baik dan kamar hanya cocok untuk orang yang istirahat aja. Untuk bisnis atau darurat kondisi.

The place is kind of clean, but actually a bit small for someone who has a bigger figure. But the service is really good, and comfortable. Cheaper than most place around there too. The television is not working really well, and I rent the cheapest room, its on 3rd floor and the ventilation is just 1 window beside the front door. But overall it's comfortable and maybe I will recommend it to other people, thank you. ☺️

Kamar yang tersedia ga sesuai dengan yang di pesan. Resepsionis ga 24 jam. WiFi juga Signal nya bad banget. Pesan comfy superior malah di sediain yang superior doang udah gitu di lantai 3 ga ada lift lagi.
