Kids club is excellent. The staff is very helpful. They have so many activities. Parents will feel safe leaving their kids there. Hotel staff is always greeting us with a smile.

Nice hotel, complete facilities, fit for family holidays, spacious bedroom, big swimming pool, nice kids area, good breakfast meals, and nice restaurant. The hotel is clean and tidy, and all crews are very nice and supportive. Have been staying in this hotel several times, will come back to stay here if there is an opportunity to come. Thanks.

大堂員工服務週到，房間整潔，早餐很多選擇也很好吃，酒店泳池很潔凈而且泳池出面是沙灘很棒，晚上飯後可以去沙灘散步，而且沙灘可以看日出！

Get rid or upgrade the souvenir shops at the corner of the property. They look terrible given the overall nice surrounding of the beach. There are two located between the hotel and ocean, one in each corner. The goal when you sit on the lounge chair is to relax and enjoy by the beach; What I have noticed is that people that sell items at the souvenir shop make a lot of noise and spit on the ground(kind of gross & disgusting). Other than that, no complaints.

Sehr nettes Personal und sehr hilfsbereit! Zimmer sehr sauber und Hotel Umgebung ausgenommen Strand sehr sauber und gepflegt. Strand ist nicht so empfehlen da überall Müll herum liegt und auch nicht entsorgt wird. Man konnte genau 20 m ins Wasser gehen. Leider wird der größte Teil des Meeres für motorsport genutzt. Dieser Gestank der Boote war auch im Hotelgarten allgegenwärtig. Leider wurde auch gegen das besetzen von liegestühlen nichts unternommen,obwohl diese teilweise den ganzen Tag nur mit Strand Tücher besetzt waren. Allgemein hat das Hotel eine gute Lage und die einkaufszentren und Restaurant sind in der Nähe.

The hotel is well kept with modern facilities. The staff are really lovely - go out of their way to help in every way! They even learn your names.
Breakfast was fairly good - spread of continental cereal, eggs, pastries, some local/western cooked items and selection of hot drinks. Plenty for vegetarians.
Only let down - quality of a la carte from restaurant was quite poor. We didnt expect gourmet but food really was poor. The cream-mushroom pasta looked and tasted like dirt.
Would recommend this hotel for families (child friendly) and couples. Good location etc. Just eat out after breakfast!

편히 쉬고 싶어서 대부분의 시간을 리조트에서 보냈는데 다들 친절해서 불편함이 없었어요. 수영장 근처는 늘 닦아서 미끄러지지 않도록 관리하고 다들 웃는 얼굴로 친절했습니다. 방 관리 및 청소는 늘 깨끗했어요. 수영장 바닦에 떨어진 타일이 있었는데 그건 위험해 보였어요. 수영하고 해변따라 조깅 및 자전거타고 근처 워터블로우나 쇼핑몰 다녀오기도 좋았어요
