Tidak layak huni. Telanjur check in, reviewnya buruk semua. Dan benar begitu adanya. Kamar kotor, lampu mati, kamar mandi kotor, sprei kotor, ada rambut di tembok kamar mandi. Oh ya cs nya tidak ramah.

-AC tidak berfungsi.-ruangan masih ada banyak sisa sampah dari pengguna sebelum nya yang tidak dibersihkan.-kamar mandi bau.-sprei dan selimut kurang bersih.-kunci dan pintu kamar rusak.-kunci kamar mandi tidak berfungsi semestinnya.-sudah booking tapi waktu check in, malah di info kamar kosong dan baru dicarikan alternatif kamar lain.

Jorok banget. Sampai harus beli pengharum ruangan sendiri biar tidak bau. Kamar mandi jorok. Suara mesin AC di luar juga cukup menggangu jadi sulit tidur. Area lift juga jorok tidak pernah dibersihkan. Datang sampah di luar ruangan menumpuk tidak dibersihkan.

The bed is dirty, bathroom is dirty, they didn't have any parking lot for car, I know you got what you paid for, but I know some place better than this with the same price.

Sudah datang ke hotel. Sudah dapet voucher, kok belum masuk booking hotel nya. Info petugas reception niatnya.
