We stayed 6 night in ocean view suite, the room is spacious and looks renovated. However it is an aged hotel with ok vibes. You can see moisture damage in walls.We booked because we had stayed Nikko in Okinawa and Bangkok, however Bali one didn’t give us the Japanese style hotel feeling at all. Towels are all aged and mottled, bed sheet/cover sheet had bloody mark and yellow mark all the time. However upon the request the hotel tried to changed more clean sheets for us, staffs are friendly. But it’s definitely have better choice( better beach better swim pool , better public area) in Nusa dua beach in such price level.

Spacious room with nice view from the balcony. Swimming pool and the beach are excellent place for family time, and watching sunrise. Staff are friendly and helpful. Check in and check out are swift. Birth cakes in buffet breakfast for my twins are certainly a surprise. Restaurants, massage, convenience store and laundry are just opposite the hotel. Overall good place to stay.

Will not stay again due to bad experience! Breakfast so so, not much selection, and then change to Bali Luna restaurant, place is small, and food selection even less. Fruit dispatch by waiter, but asking for more, they will ignore you! Only black coffee, have to pay extra to get Cappuccino or Coffee late, for this price of hotel, I can't accept at all!

Roof Ocean Front Suite is spacious, modern and clean. The ocean view is nice. The beach is better than i expected as not much waves and clean. However, the hotel transfer experienced was really bad on arrival. I arrived on 24th Dec and i had booked the airport transfer directly with the hotel. I got on the hotel Van for 8 people at around 6.30pm. I told the driver, the hotel staff, to send me buy the Sim Card. He drove me to a busy street and finally we had traffic jam on that street probably around 1 hour. I had no angry as it was my decision. But around 7.45pm, our van finally arrived the Roundabout near the Taman Ngurah Rai. I used the Goggle Map to see the road condition, i though i would arrive hotel within 20 minutes more by using Bali Mandara Toll Road which costs around US $1. I really do not know why our driver did not go to hotel by this Toll and he drove me toward North direction of Jl. By Pass Ngurah Rai. Even the driver did not want to use Toll Road, he should drive toward South of Jl. By Pass Ngurah Rai to back to hotel. There was no point to drive North as it was just waste of time. After i found he drove me toward north, i asked the driver to use Toll Road and he told me need to pay US$1. I booked the hotel transfer was originally wanted to have a safe and fast way to back hotel once arrival as i had 2 kids and 3 elderly. Driver finally U turned in Sunset Rd at around 8:30pm and drove back to the Roundabout. We arrived hotel at 9.00pm. Almost 2.30 hrs.

基本房型，完全沒view，失望!!! 泡澡熱水溫度不夠，反映無效!!!

整體來說很棒的飯店,就只有衛浴的熱水不穩定,有時不太熱.

房間寬敞 交通方便 設備齊全 海景也很不錯

得到免費升級，早餐不錯!!!但是這間房間的樓上竟然在施工!!!早上大約8點就有工程，敲打聲不絕!!!

We have a big size of deluxe room with a bath tub and a balcony with beach view. Price is very reasonable with a good facility including breakfast.

オーシャンビューの部屋に宿泊。 親切丁寧でにこやかなスタッフ、素敵な部屋、美しい景色、すべてに癒されました。 バリのビーチは入るよりも眺める方が綺麗だと思うので、プールサイドでカクテル片手に海を眺められるのは最高でした。 和食が美味し過ぎて何度も通いました。 最高のホリデーをありがとう！

The grounds were amazing, pool and swim up bar were excellent (with a great happy hour!!). While the hotel is a little dated, the room was large with a neat little balcony to enjoy the sun. Will stay again - actually we had family staying nearby and they have decided to book this hotel next time instead of their own.

The service staff of the hotel, particularly Dimesh who has been very helpful and attentive. His smiles always light up our days and always has great recommendations.
