Ketika akan cek out dari hotel tidak ada yang menyiapkan sarapan di hotel. Setiap kembali ke hotel lewat dari jam 10 malam pintu hotel Sudah dikunci semua.

Tidak sesuai yang dibayarkan harga yang saya bayar sudah termasuk sarapan tapi realisasinya tidak ada sarapan sama sekali sekalipun untuk sepotong ro.

Nice hotel nearby the airport! They have free pick-up service. I requested one of the drivers to drove us to the nearest beach as we arrived, because our hired driver will start accompanying the next day. It’s near by the market as well, so you can buy some fruits or snacks. Not much to see around and better to stay at the hotel by 6 pm. They don’t have hot water, but the room is clean & comfy enough 😊

Kamar standar 1 lumayan lah untuk segi kebersihan, cuma bantalnya agak keras kalau menurut gw. AC dingin walapun tidak gw nyalain lama-lama karena pas itu cuaca di sumba lagi dingin-dinginnya ternyata, Tau gitu ambil yang pake kipas saja haha menu sarapan standar lah. Ada free service antar ke bandara juga. Overall oke sih, thanks.

Kamar bersih, rapi, ada air panas walaupun air panas keluarnya agak lama, sarapan disiapkan dari jam 6 pagi. Letak di tengah kota, dekat ke airport.

Kamar yang di dapat di lantai paling bawah which is good because it makes the air cooler. Tapi saya bisa mendengar suara tamu di kamar sebelah dari kamar mandi saya. Suara-suara orang di luar juga cukup ribut mungkin karena kamar saya tepat di sebelah ruang makan hotel. Otherwise this hotel is just like a reguler 2-stars hotel. Got a new towel which is good. Free drinks was good. Oh tempat tidurnya terlalu lembek, it's like you sinked in the bed when you sleep.

The Room’s AC was leaking (the room type is VIP A); and the we move to the other similar room type but again the AC was not working and room is hot, a lot of dust and dirt, and then we move again to the other room..3 times moved in one night.😓

Pelayanan bagus dan ramah, letak strategis, makan pagi enak dan banyak macam, makanan di restoran juga enak, kokinya pandai masak. Juga ada jasa penjemputan di airport waktu check-in dan pengantaran ke airport waktu check-out, semuanya bagus, memuaskan.

Did not get the room as booked, got what's left with twin bed instead of double bed. Aircon was not working well, had to sleep in hot air throughout the night.

Don't expect the wifi to work, the staff are so-so, their friendliness degrades based on the time of day you talk to them. Very nice and friendly in the morning and grumpy at night. Their front door are quite deceiving because it looks small on the outside but it's actually quite spacious on the inside. The breakfast is so-so. Try getting the room with balcony for better air flow

Cukup bersih, walau lantai kamarnya berasa berpasir jadi kita minta sandal kamar deh.Pelayanan memuaskan, tanggap, dan cepat. Dan sempet tertinggal topi di kamar. Alhamdulillah malam kembali ke hotel sudah disimpankan jadi aman. Tapi sayang telepon hotelnya jarang diangkat apa karena sudah ganti nomor (dapat nomornya dari gugling.) Well so far quite nice lah stay di hotel sumba sejahtera :)
