Ijen Resort and Villas - The Hidden Paradise

景色很美，但食物种类不多。

旅馆周围的自然氛围格外美丽。虽然距离主干道较远，但我们一家人对周围的景色非常满意。

Actually, I wanted to give it a 3 out of 5 rating. But since they only have a 4-point scale, I'll give it a 2,75. The location is great. However, I think the room facilities should be better for a hotel of this caliber. We booked 2 rooms in mid-February for our visit in April 10th. The hotel is located near the mountains, so the floors in the rooms felt cold. However, there were no slippers provided. The phone in my room was not working and had to be repaired. In my child 's room, the kettle for making hot water was leaking. The bathroom blower was super noisy. The hotel staff immediately replaced the phone and kettle upon complaint. As for the blower, we couldn't say anything as according the staff the hotel was full. The car park was a bit far from the hotel lobby and was located in a garden under trees. When we were about to get into the car, there were many black ants on the car. They seemed to have formed a colony since the car hadn't been moved for 2 nights. The hotel staff were quite helpful. He wiped the ants and spray insect repellent. But still, there were ants in the car during our trip back home 😬.

Pintu kamar mandi tidak daapt dikunci. Pelayanan resto tidak ramah harga makanan mahal tidak sewajarnya. Extra bed nya kasurmya ambles. Banyak binatang kecil kecil dalam kamar. Channel tv nya sangat minim. Pengaturan listrik nya jelek.

Keren, recommended! Makanan enak, kamarnya bersih, view nya juara.

Gedung tua dan akses jelek sekali.

Jika anda dari berasal dari kota besar dan mencari ketenangan, disinilah tempatnya. Pemandangan indah & estetik gunung, sawah & sungai di sekitar resort sangat menenangkan hati. Udaranya sejuk & terletak jauh dari pusat kota. Kamarnya luas & sangat memanjakan mata dengan pemandangan indah. Hanya saja, untuk makanan dari restonya menurut saya kurang nikmat. Mungkin bisa menjadi masukkan untuk manajemen agar dapat ditingkatkan kualitas rasa makanannya, karena tamu hanya bisa makan di resto yang ada, mengingat jarak resort sangat jauh dari pusat keramaian. Selebihnya sudah bagus. Semoga semakin maju untuk Ijen Resort and Villas.

Tempat yang indah dan peaceful, sangat recommended.

Akses jalan dalam hotel kurang nyaman, serangga mudah masuk ke dalam kamar bahkan katak pun bisa masuk.

Entah perasaan saya aja atau enggak, tapi kami dapat kamar upgrade dari seharusnya. Bagus banget dan luas, gak kalah dengan vila-vila di bali. Pemandangan gunung luar biasa dan indah. Kekurangannya hanya akses jalan yang menanjak dan sempit, jadi kalo bawa mobil harus hati-hati jika papasan dengan mobil lain.

Makanan enak, suasana nyaman, udara sangat segar bersih jauh dari polusi, view bagus banget. Semua pelayannya ramah. Kamar bagus. Worth it lah sama harganya. Next akan kembali lagi membawa bapak dan ibu.

Minus: (1) akses menuju resort yang saking private nya ditempuh sekitar 6 km dari jalan utama dengan kondisi jalan hanya untuk 1 kendaraan, bikin deg-degan kalo papasan. (2) tidak tersedia valet, jadi harus parkir sendiri di bawah yang lumayan nanjak ngos-ngosan buat balik ke lobby. (3) lahan parkir adalah tanah dengan rumput yang jarang, bila sedang becek akan rawan slip, tidak ada petugas yang membantu. (4) variant breakfast kondisi room fully booked tapi minim variasi. Plus: (1) kamar estetik traditional namun bersih terawat, tanpa AC tapi udara sudah sejuk. (2) view hotel memang juara dan pantas jadi primadona dengan pemandangan Gunung Raung, Ranti dan Ijen. (3) staf super ramah dan helpful untuk membawa barang dari lobby-kamar-lobby.

如果您正在寻找一个安静祥和、坐拥壮丽山景的度假村，那么这里就是您的理想之选。这里也是在家办公的理想场所。不过，电视信号很差，但不用担心，每个区域的无线网络都很强。由于地理位置偏僻，远离市中心，请务必在入住前携带一些零食和必需品。谢谢伊真火山度假村。

Pemandangan bener-bener bagus. Wajar disebut hidden paradise.

Makanan tidak enak! Jangan mau beli sini. 2 orang 1/2 juta dan rasa hancur!

Pelayanan baik, semua pegawai ramah, hotel bersih, menyenangkan dan tempat yang sangat menenangkan dengan view hotel yang amazing!

If you weren't familiar about the road, please be careful when using the map because the fastest road they choose might be through Ijen and the mountain/forest trip was horrible. It was only us on the road, it was pitch dark and it was raining on top of that we really just hoped that we could go through it safely along the way. The city route is exceptionally further, but it will feel safer, so please take that way especially if you are travelling in a small group. The trip made us too tired to go with our Kawah Ijen plan, and it was already too late to enjoy the view around the resort. The resort overall looks old, a little bit unclean, and it somehow gave us chills. Wifi didn't work well and my mother said it was turned off at dawn (I don't know because I couldn't connect properly even once, so I just gave up using it). Bathroom is clean and wide, but once again it just gave me chills when entering I don't know why. My bathroom door couldn't be closed fully, but too tired to complain after we complained once about the bathroom fan being too noisy and the staff just asked us to wait until it got better (thankfully it really did). It is indeed a hidden paradise as it is located far from anything, so don't expect you could grab anything other than room service if you suddenly feel hungry at night, unless you're willing to go out with youe vehicle. I was so excited to use the pool, but it was not clean and got worse due to the heavy rain. Overall, it wasn't that healing from me. Pro: I feel this place will be wonderful to go to in dry season with big group. The temperature is pretty cool. The view is amazing and the resort is huge, it would be a great place for families with children. And you need at least 3 days there. This turns out to be a long one because I had such a great expectation, which is why the disappointment is worse.
