别墅内部位置比较干净。

慢慢啜饮。不断改进。尤其是在食品和饮料方面

位置很好，景色优美，但我建议在天黑之前来这里，因为晚上道路狭窄，难以通行。

我认为一切都很好，但是当我晚上打电话给工作人员时，他们没有接听。

餐厅的食物都很美味！

哇，路真是又远又远。不要指望那里有 Alfamart 或 Indomaret，万隆偏远地区甚至没有任何商店。

酒店工作人员很友好，服务很棒。

达戈山上的漂亮别墅。空间很大，但从镇上到那里有点难。

lokasi: cukup jauh dari pusat kota dan perjalanan cukup terjal dan panjang hingga sampai ke hotel. pastika untuk sampai ke hotel sebelum malam karena penerangan minim sepanjang perjalanan menuju hotel. service: pelayanan ramah dan cepat dari mulai security hingga room service. room comfort: kamar koonya 1 saya bocor di area bawah TV pada saat hujan. sangat berbahaya dan bisa menyebabkan konsleting. makanan: rasa makanan sangat standard dengan pilihan terbatas. tapi sudah cukup karena memang typical liburan yang jauh dr pusat kota.

1. Kondisi kamar sesuai dengan deskripsi. Mungkin yg perlu diperbaiki amenities yang terlalu standar dan kurang sesuai dengan tema kamar. Bath robe juga cuma tersedia satu, seharusnya bisa dibuat dua per kamar 2. Mini jacuzzi berfungsi dengan baik heater-nya tapi harus sabar saat pengisian. 3. Coba pesan nasi goreng iganya warung jae dan ternyata enak gak pelit sama iga dan topping lainnya. Pilihan sarapan jg variatif, scrambled egg-nya jempolan sih saya sampai nambah. 4. Staff di front desk dan security sangat helpful dalam melayani dan fast respon. 5. Pastikan kendaraan dalam kondisi prima karena jalur menuju dan dari jae tanjakannya cukup tinggi dan panjang.

Nyaman, adem, bersih, pelayanan ramah, sangat worth it buat honeymoon atau menenangkan diri sejenak

The room is clean. The view is great. The water at the bathroom is great, the heat really works. But the towel is not absorb really well, maybe you should change it. Overall, the service is good. Surely will come back someday, In Shaa Allah. Thanks JAE.

Tempat bagus untuk staycation, tetapi enggak begitu privacy di koonya 1, karena kelihatan dari koonya 2. Jalan masuknya lumayan jauh dari jalan besar

Pengalaman saya dan keluarga menginap di Koonya 2 kemarin terasa kurang menyenangkan. Sangat disayangkan karena tempat dan viewnya menurut saya bagus dan staf juga very helpful. Mohon disimak keluhan ini supaya kedepannya bisa lebih memperhatikan kondisi unit serta kebersihannya. 1. Salah satu tirai kamar macet tidak bisa dibuka, harus memanggil staf untuk hanya sekedar membuka tirai yang rusak 2. Banyak berbagai macam serangga masuk ke dalam unit Koonya 2, mengganggu tidur saya karena serangga terbang di malam hari berlalu lalang diatas kasur 3. Banyak lalat di tempat breakfast, dan ada kucing liar memakan hidangan di meja saya 4. Ada pembakaran sampah tepat di jam sarapan. Bau asap menyengat sampai menempel di baju saya. Sangat tidak enak makan dengan adanya asap tersebut. Apa tidak bisa bakar sampah di jam lain ya? Jangan pas jam sarapan Sekian dan terima kasih.

Stay at JAE was great. It offers a tranquil experience of staying in the woods with a beautifully decorated cabin. The best part is, of course, the private jacuzzi, of which the hot water is always on. However, access to the location is not so great, particularly at night as it can be pitch black, and the gradient of the slope is very steep. But the location itself is rather peaceful, albeit with no special view such as city view (only view to the woods/garden). Regarding the fly disturbance, the hotel has provided ample notification, and when we stayed there it was not that many flies around so it was okay. The staff were kind and very helpful; we accidentally left our stuff (snack) in the room after we checked out and moved to the city area, and the staff were kind enough to help bring the stuff to our place. They also let us know that one of our snacks were taken by the monkeys (yes there are monkeys around!) but we are fine with that. The food itself is okay, especially considering the price is still modest for a hotel restaurant. Some things to improve: insect controls, maintenance of the cabin itself (some flooring has chipped and the doors are hard to open); and it would be better if the hotel, either on its own or cooperating with surrounding venues, can provide a variety of activities, as the hotel itself can be considered a mini resort due to the remoteness from the city. As for now, there is not much activities available other than enjoying the place itself. Overall, JAE was great and we enjoyed our stay. Although, we'll surely plan ahead to ensure that we go up to the place during daytime (last time we went up there at nighttime due to delayed flight, and using motorbike it can be a very difficult ride at night due to the slope and no lightings on the way!).
