Jas Boutique Villas

Close to the main street, (Seminyak street) easy to reach all the shops/restaurant/bars by walking, which is very important for family like us with 2 kids in age 5 & 1.5. Staff are super friendly and nice, including the front desk, room service, driver. We've also ordered food and massage from the hotel, price are very reasonable. Overall,we had a 5 star experience in JAS, sure will come back again for another family trip.

Good location and safe but with small pool and many insects

房間冷氣不夠冷，雪櫃在小廚房跟房間有點距離拿東西比較不方便。要走進小巷才到酒店，晚上比較黑和危險

1.Check-in 時會給你一台手機, 有任何問題可以直接打給Villa服務人員, 也可以撥打當地電話 2.有免費接駁車可以載你到Seminyak 市區, 但司機只有一位要提前 book 3.服務人員很nice, 有一晚我們跟櫃台說想煮湯, 服務人員就送了大鍋子來給我們, 服務很迅速 4.離市區不遠, 走路約8分鐘, 有一間大的supermaket, 買東西很方便, 但會經過一條比較黑的路, 部過周圍都是villa, 還算安全 5.我們有說是來蜜月的, 隔天cleaning完之後, 給我們弄了很美麗的布置, 覺得很開心! 6.Villa 的房間很小, 但廁所跟廚房都很大, 泳池旁邊有個發呆亭, 兩個人的空間已經覺得舒適 7.小缺點是廚房不在房間內, 晚上煮東西時, 覺得附近很多蚊子跟小蟲子, 要點蚊香(Villa有附)才安心 8.早餐的選擇不多, 但可以自由選擇送餐時間, 最晚到11點, 不用趕著起床吃早餐 9.推薦給要度假, 想住villa但預算不高的旅客們, 真的很舒服~

1. Villa 有廚房設備. 自己去傳統市場買東西回來料理的經驗很棒 2. 天際線的景觀會出現有些電線的干擾 3.住宿離道路旁邊近一點的客房. 會聽到車輛行駛的聲音是美中不足 4.服務人員很和善客氣

方便逛街的地點,進入飯店的路崎嶇不平,如果攜帶大件行李建議坐車進入,villa內的游泳池就跟照片一樣,但發呆亭的墊子有潮濕的感覺,浴缸很大,請自己攜帶牙刷牙膏,房間有WIFI很方便

7年前に泊まった時は大満足でしたが、今回は設備の老朽化・スタッフ対応など全体的に残念でした。

We mostly enjoyed our stay at Jas Boutique Villas while the property could do with some maintenance and repairs we understand why these may have not been carried out due to the Bali still recovering from the pandemic. The staff all seemed to be nice and helpful and the villas are located in a quiet but walkable area plenty of dining options, convenience stores and not far from Bin Tang supermarket. The only thing that left a sour taste for us was a handmade leather wallet I purchased went missing prior to our check out my husband and I both thought the other had packed It and it wasn't until we got home that we realised it was missing (we checked the room prior to departure to make sure we hadn't left anything) once discovered I contacted the property to ask if it had been found after our departure they got back to me quite quickly to say it hadn't been and we did another search of luggage to make sure it's definitely not here so I contacted them again expressing my concerns about it being taken out of the villa prior to check out and got absolutely no reply which I have found quite frustrating.

This is an unfortunate review to write for a stay that was highly anticipated and planned for many months. We had a five night stay and had booked months ahead going by the staged photos and review some of which are negative also but willing to give it a go. Upon arrival which was after nine pm in torrential rain. We were asked by staff to view the Villa before committing to the booking which I thought was a bit weird. Looking at the Villa at night appeared to be aesthetically pleasing so we went back out into the rain to reception with only one umbrella offered to four of us as we were advised all others had been used by guests - no big deal but that was first red flag. In the morning upon closer inspection, the bathroom was in dire need for an upgrade with crack in tiles and paint over paint in some areas which had bubbles and would peel eventually, the door stopper on sliding door to bathroom was just sitting on the floor, towel rack very loose and about to fall off the wall, one lamp shade in the bedroom was about to also fall off. Sheets were a grey coloured white with stains, the furniture is like a laminate and chipped in many places. Kitchen area had a small lounge but no table so the bed would suffice as a table. Limited crockery and cutlery, hot water had been turned off in the kitchen making washing up difficult. The pool and surroundings had seen better days, the pool needed a good clean, overall not a place I would recommend.

Great Villa to stay at which is only a short walk back to the busy area. If your after a quiet location with its own private pool, then this is the place to stay. Our villa had some minor wear and tear but overall, we loved it. Service from the staff was great. We would certainly recommend staying here.

We have Stayed at all 3 jas villa hotels in Bali many times, staff are always helpful and friendly. Air conditioner and pool nice and cold ,close to bintang supermarket ,see you again soon

Very relaxing

We stayed at Jas Botique last month and absolutely loved it. It’s close to the main road in Seminyak and easily located. The villa looked like the photo which was a plus and the pillows were amazing. The included breakfast each morning was very nice and rooms were topped up with complimentary water each day. The only issue we had was construction next door where the workers could actually look down into our private pool area but this was no fault to the villas as it wasn’t their construction works. We would definitely stay again.

Just the best and the only place to stay at Seminyak..GREAT VILLAS, GREAT LOCATION, GREAT PEOPLE

Great stay in the 1 bedroom villa. Close by to the shops. Great size for 2 and the private pool was nice and clean. Great breakfast options which you order and they deliver to your room.
