2 lampu rusak nggak diganti, air di sink nggak ngalir dan pipanya bocor, wifi password nggak dikasih, minta ganti kamar nggak boleh walaupun hotel hanya dua occupied, pegawai nggak ada waktu saat check out, pokoknya nggak mau lagi ke hotel ini.
