這是我住過最好的飯店，最好的體驗！

非常貼近自然且舒適，空間除臥室外，均採半開放式，沐浴和如廁身旁都有綠樹，環境優美。戶外不免有些小蚊蟲，有提供防蚊液。整體環境十分舒適，服務人員親切有禮。 SPA很棒，在半開放的森林中進行，沒有背景音樂，聽著蟲鳴鳥叫，按摩體驗十分舒服。但是住宿兩晚附贈的SPA只有15分鐘，需要另外加購。 早餐好吃份量充足，提供多種套餐選擇，在餐廳或房間食用都很棒。晚餐的選項豐富，餐點美味。 房間提供美味的肉桂餅乾，也有淡淡肉桂香味的沐浴用品和乳液，肉桂愛好者的天堂。 有提供免費接駁車至附近景點，但交通壅塞，至烏布市集車程約需一小時，建議多預留時間。 缺點是熱水不穩，會忽冷忽熱。有一晚遇到晚間熱水供應不足，飯店回覆需等30分鐘，後來等了一小時還是沒有熱水。 整體住宿體驗很好，非常悠閒安靜，遠離人群，貼近山林，值得再訪。

For the most part it was goos, food is decent Villa is clean and comfortable， however one of our door was broken and stuck. We were having issue to open our room door. At the end we got stuck inside the room and had to force opening the door. With this action, it hurted my hand and it starts bleeding, skin fell off. The villa only brought us bandage, and didnt compensate anything in return. We also tried to book our spa for a longer time, however it was fully booked not able to accomodate. Kind of a let down for the whole experience

这真是一次难忘的旅行。预订的时候和酒店电话沟通，他们同意带小孩入住。结果到了现场他们不承认了，让我们拿出证据。天啦，忘记录音了。酒店就是不让我们入住，说我们大人可以入住，小朋友不能。结果我看到有外国人带着小孩就可以入住，我问他们为什么？他们经理直接告诉我们就是不让中国小孩子入住，说我们中国小孩子闹的很，会影响其他游客。所有人一起争吵，结果他们经理就骂我们中国人，说我们没有素质等等。最后让他们退款也不退给我们，携程这边反复协商，他们就是不准我们入住。这都是什么酒店哦。好歧视我们中国人。结果我们这个酒店没有入住成功也没有退款。亏大了我们，如果你作为一个中国人，你还要去入住这个酒店的话，我只能对你说一声呵呵了。。垃圾的酒店不管你再好只要你欺负了中国人，你们肯定会死的快快的。

Excellent service and good food

wonderful villa in ubud where you can immerse in nature. but if you are afraid of insects then this place might not be perfect for you.

I am deeply disappointed with my stay here, the photos looked good. This hotel tries to do well on many aspects, I can see their effort but the execution was just not done well at all. I saw that the hotel had a lot of good reviews, I think they might have justified some of these good reviews when they first opened, but definitely not now. Especially with the steep price tag, I could have easily gotten another much more beautiful villa. I regret choosing here. First of all, the beds, chairs, bathtubs were old, dated and visibly so. The bath tub is open air, which means completely integrated with nature. The design again, means well, but functionally it was just so clumsy. The toilet is also open air, doing your business out in the open with many mosquitos. There were many frogs in the room, saw a few jump into our private pool and also a few right next to me as I was trying to take a bath. If you love being one with nature, great, but I just think guests should have the option to have an enclosed space. The door also had to be permanently closed to avoid mosquitos going into the bedroom because of this open air design. Uncomfortable beds, pool is definitely small, cold, as well as the public main pool. Slow to NO wifi. All that being said, the staff were nice (as with basically all hotel staff in bali), they gave guests a complimentary 30 mins massage (mediocre quality but a nice gesture for the guests). Based on value received and the price, would not be coming back.

完美的住宿体验，酒店环境，下午茶，早饭，酒店服务人员的态度，家人都很开心。 唯一的小遗憾是因为在雨林里，虫子比较多，特别是晚上开了灯蚊帐上有很多疑似白蚁的虫子，有点困扰。 屋顶还有一只小鸟的巢穴晚上会偶尔叫一下其实也是蛮有野趣的。 除此之外都很棒，很值得体验。

愉快的体验，如果二人世界非常推荐来这里。雨林的景观，让你全方位放松。私人泳池也很大。乌布就有一种浪漫的气氛！

遇到雨季，寢具會有一些濕氣，除此之外這是間完美的渡假飯店首選。

It was a very unforgettable experience to check-in Kayumanis Ubud, it's in the heart of forest and surrounded by amazing jungle-liked environment. The hotel location is a bit remote, however hotel provides driver service (only need to pre-arrange 15-20mins ahead) totally made up for this. The hotel staffs are efficient and helpful, English standard is excellent. The room is larger than what I expected, it's a bit aged, yet very neat and clean. The private pool was the delight and definitely a luxury to swim in. Breakfast is great (a plus for having it in your room), they even offer a free and full-on English style afternoon tea daily. The view from restaurant is breath-taking. The only thing you might need to be alert is that the shower area is outdoor, while the tub is a very open area too. There's difficulty to bath during the rain. AT the same time, lots of different insects / small animals in outdoor area (including the bathing / toilet area). We saw frogs, mouse, lizards, moths, ants, butterflies, bees etc. If you are a natural lover like us, it's an fabulous experience to check in.

Lovely environment, beautiful nature surrounding, and excellent services!!! Villa is amazingly beautiful and clean, even the pool is super clean and well maintained! We really enjoyed our stay in Kayumanis Ubud and definitely make another visit next time!

在乌布市区中心住了三晚，换了一间酒店，距离乌布中心5公里，酒店坐落在天然山林中，这个酒店很赞，酒店本身的丛林公园景观，就很美，地处河谷森林中，比今天去的圣猴公园要好很多。入住的房间带露天泳场和园林浴缸，淋浴和卫生间也是在室外，嘿嘿，第一次在室外淋浴，泡澡，上厕所....[偷笑][偷笑]，还第一次游裸泳，哈哈！[偷笑][偷笑]房间的厅也是在室外凉亭里，好一个回归自然！酒店下午有免费的下午茶，送到房间，还很丰富！酒店还送每个客人30分钟的巴厘岛SPA，这里SPA的房间采用面向河谷的开放空间，在享受精油SPA的同时，还可以在河谷流水声中，在蝉鸣山风的惬意氛围里让人倍感舒适。果然，在巴厘岛，酒店的体验真的是一流的，而景点真的是三流的。酒店的露天餐厅环境非常好，在大自然的气息中，山林与河谷相伴，在星光灼灼的苍穹笼罩之下，烛光点缀着建在山林中的庭院餐厅，热带特有的鲜花香味为这个美好的夜晚添加了几丝浪漫的气息。餐厅有中文菜单，因为室外环境灯光比较暗，菜单上还带了一盏小灯，很周到。每个服务员都很礼貌，都脸带真诚的笑容，留心关注客人的细节，不等客人招呼，所需服务已呈上，很赞！晚餐归返房间，房间大门里面是这样扣门的，很返璞归真！在庭院看电视，上网，凉风习习，很是享受！

服務人員態度良好，房間舒適度整潔度都非常的優良，沒什麼可挑剔的，又有專車接受烏布市區，早餐也好吃又精緻

We stayed at Kayumanis Ubud for two nights, the service was incredible, and the town is absolutely amazing. The villa has free shuttle to Ubud market for shopping, for food, and for sightseeing. We will definitely visit the place and stay at Kayumanis Ubud again in the near future.

雖然飯店有一點舊但是飯店人員服務非常貼心。另外免費烏布接送非常方便
