Overall was good. The villa was clean and the food was delicious. However the water in the shower is sometimes not hot enough and rather little in the evenings. The staff were overall nice，but no one helped us with our luggage when we checked out (a note was sent to us a day before saying that someone will help). The location of the villa is medium, it is not located at the center of Seminyak but not far away from the restaurants and shopping areas.

First time in Bali, very quiet and high privacy villa. Happy to spend there, neighbourhood has great food and massage. Just the hot water supply is a bit difficult to control and water pressure is a bit low. Staffs are very friendly, in-room breakfast is good!

酒店很太!但內部太舊!沒有設施!其中一部電視開不到!同照片不同!唯有附近免費接送值得一贊!早餐只可叫一種,根本不夠飽!如四千幾圓一晚下次一定不會入住!!

飯店服務很好，每位服務人員總是掛著笑容，很主動幫忙提行李，以及其他相關服務，比較特別的是原本住的房型廁所有問題，通知服務人員，立刻前來處理，而且也願意協助換房間。另外，免費早餐可以選擇在餐廳或villa吃，建議可以選餐廳吃，因為食物美味、新鮮程度會有差別。可以改進部分為:光看照片會以為空間很大，其實實際住沒有照片拍的那麼大，然後房間的設備其實也沒有照片那麼新。

Away from noisy Kuta, it's located in Seminyak, only about 15 mins drive from Kuta & airport. Room is nice & comfortable, enjoy laying on the sofa & sun bed near the pool. The pool size is just great but little bit too cool. Staffs are very helpful, while the Wi-Fi in our Villa was not working, staff helps to fix it in a speedy way, and even look for us when we are in the hotel pool and remember our name. The breakfast & afternoon buffet was great too. Highly recommended Maca Villa.

MACA Villa is truly beautiful. The property common areas are so well maintained, the actual villa we stayed in was spacious and luxurious, most importantly it was quiet. The staff are what makes the stay, they’re so kind, friendly and will bend over backwards to make your stay comfortable and memorable - from a surprise birthday cake to a coconut water for a sore stomach. Would recommend and would love to stay again.

徒歩圏内にショッピングセンターや飲食店が多数あり、買い物には便利な立地。スミニャック内の無料送迎サービスがあり、何度か利用した。 スタッフの方のサービスもとても満足。朝食は自分が選んだものを部屋に届けてくれるサービスがあり、ボリュームがあるうえにおいしく、メニューもたくさんあるため毎日楽しめた。 近くのジム施設を無料で使用することができ、プールやヨガを楽しめる。 総じて満足度がとても高いヴィラであったが、部屋の中にヤスデが数匹出たので、虫嫌いの方は注意が必要。

We were very happy with the full breakfast and afternoon tea included in the price. The bed was super comfortable with great pillows! Loved the location to a number of great restaurants and we really loved using the spa facilities.

Maca is an excellent mid price villa in Seminyak. The rooms look exactly like the advertised photos but are about ready for a revamp. It’s wonderful to have your own completely private pool to fall into whenever you want. the hotel is about 30 walk from the beach but it is an interesting and easy journey.
