Manis AE 酒店正如其名——处处散发着“甜蜜”的气息。甚至在我们离开祖国之前，工作人员就给我们发来了信息，告知我们天气和地理位置等重要信息。在接待处，他们立刻就叫出了我的名字并热情地迎接了我。在我们入住期间，他们不时地与我们确认入住体验，确保我们住得愉快。 我们的房间干净、温馨、舒适，窗外如画的美景让我们流连忘返！餐厅和玻璃桥当然是主要的拍照点。食物美味，选择也不错，只是我想，在海拔1800米的地方用餐，食物很容易就凉了。 酒店地理位置优越，与住在玛朗相比，我们很快就到达了日落观景点。这意味着我们的吉普车可以停在离登山路线尽可能近的地方。 我们很高兴在布罗莫火山停留期间选择了 Manis AE 酒店。 “Pengalaman yang manis”，确实如此！

Lokasi mudah di akses, kamar bersih dan tersedia resto

semua staff dari security, resepsionis, cleaning service, dan bagian resto sangat ramah, membuat suasana menginap jadi hangat ditengah dinginnya bromo. Tempat tidak terlalu besar tapi cukup untuk menikmati suasana di bromo. Restonya punya jembatan kaca yg iconic dan banyak spot foto dgn pemandangan yg sangat bagus. Ruangan kamar cukup untuk 2dewasa dan 1 anak kecil. Kalau subuh sudah dingin tidak perlu pakai AC, kalau siang panas jadi perlu nyalakan AC hehe. overall 5/5, hanya minusnya lagi banyak lalat yg kadang mengganggu.

Everything about this place is good except for 1 thing. The steps leading to rooms and restaurant. I am having difficulty climbing up stairs and slopes unless there is a handrail for me to hold. But I am grateful your staffs assist me in climbing up the stairs. However after sunrise tour, I wanted to go to the restaurant for breakfast and see the view at the glass floor. But the last steps was too high for me to climb on. So I can't go up and have to breakfast at the cabin. Many thanks to all staffs for assisting. Hope one day your hotel will install handrail on the slopes and stairs.

Staffs are wonderful and accomodating, the location is superb, simply the best accommodation in Bromo.

Booked via apps and opted for king sized bed however upon check in, it was 2x twin bed. Staff mentioned it was due to booking from Traveloka (which as a guest-we have no clue on all this back end reservation things) and staff simply brush it off by saying full house. I was knackered and simply wanted to settle in and informed them to combine the two beds. I checked my booking at night and even sent them a WhatsApp to show that under my booking it was king sized-absolutely disappointed with their reply and service. Went for dinner at restaurant-to check on their food but most of the food and beverages was sold out-again, they're not prepared with overwhelmed orders or response (knowing that they're new and they would be expected crowd). Lack on cleaning the table etc. This place doesn't even bother to do any service recovery. I totally understand that they're new and they're overwhelmed with guests and requests but please, that doesn't mean you could use it as an excuse to your guests. Prior to check in, I did have issues with their poor service and lack of response in WhatsApp. Overall, this place could do better. Overhyped.
