房間內的棉被上爬了好幾隻黑色的大螞蟻，拍掉之後沒多久又爬了好幾隻上來，晚上睡的不安心，隔音也不是很好，早上被隔壁房小孩的哭聲吵醒。

wanna have an elephant chaufeur service right out of your window? There it is. The staff there are surprisingly friendly, room cosy and elegant, environment clean and fresh(though seeing the cute elephants pooping really funny). It is a shame that I only had one night stay there. Will definately go back and if you stay there, really make your time there! One night is really too short!

我覺得這是個誇張的經驗，你花了三四百塊美金去住一晚，得到的是床舖裡的沙子讓你身體發癢。若質疑我的說法，您可以自己入住後觀察他們的工作人員是否都光著腳並且客房整理時完全沒有推動裝著乾淨床單的車子!沒錯!他們不換床單!!! 我的家人花了四五百美金去住景觀套房，結果陽台外的景觀是看到大象的腳被綁在小小的區域內餵草!!!我只能夠說這裡跟你的想像根本不一樣，你以為這裡是慈善的是友善的，但是其實只是善於廣告而已。事實勝於雄辯，若你質疑的話，請於入住時注意我說的這些情況是否如實。

Absolutely amazing experience!! From the transport rides to dinner by the elephants to an elephant painting on my shirt… the hotel and everything about it was incredible. Great job to the entire staff at Mason Elephant park

Perfect stay. Wonderful room and staff. They even brought us a birthday cake and sang happy birthday to my husband. All the little touches made it memorable. Our stay included washing and bathing woth elephants along with an elephant safari and pick up via elephant for restaurant if you rang reception.

What stood out everything , the hotel was beyond exspectation , staff were so friendly and caring , the exsperience with the elephants beyond words , would defernatly recomend to all .

staying at hotel with elephants outside the room??...what could be better. We got to wash and go for a ride in the big swimming area. Not only that, the beautiful animals gave us a quick ride to dinner!

The staff were lovely! Very kind and attentive. No really anything bad to say at all except… if you can’t do hard beds… this is not for you. The beds were stiff. The shower went scalding hot every 10 seconds but other than that it was completely amazing. The elephants were very well cared for which was the MOST important part for me.

We stayed in the park view room for 2 nights. The views were wonderful in the late afternoon when the elephants were brought to rest in front overnight. You can watch them eating and hear them huffing quietly in the night. The grounds were a pure delight to wander or just sit and enjoy, and feeding the elephants was a lot of fun! The breakfast at the small restaurant was very disappointing, but it was much better at the larger restaurant overlooking the elephant bathing pool. Our room had a leaking toilet, a very dirty glass in the bathroom with someones toothpaste spit on it and there was melted chocolate in the fridge. Not what we were expecting for the price paid, but the bed was comfy, service was great and the elephants were well worth it!

I stayed at the Mason Park Lodge and it was exquisite from being picked up from my balcony by an elephant for my first dinner to seeing a white peacock with its tail out and 3 giant tortoises on my last day. Everything was very convenient with a beautiful scene at every turn from lush foliage to beautiful wildlife. I was surprised that the menu at the restaurant seemed ordinary in comparison to the surroundings, however the food was well cooked and presented with as with everything else wonderful smiling service. Of course there were elephants at every turn, truely a memorable stay and experience.

Location and overall staff were nice. However most unpleasand experience in Bali yet. They keep luxe park view rooms open on their website, and on arrival they claim issues with system and luxe rooms are double booked. Paid alot for luxe room but as I said we got a worse room and some compensation vouchers way out of proportion and not matching the price we paid. Elephants were beautiful however mistreated. Stay away is deeply advised. Biggest scam in Bali unfortunately.

They pick you at around 6 pm for dinner on an ELEPHANT 🐘! I thoihnt they were joking but nope ! Pretty cool experience …
