Saya sudah booking sebelum tgl nginap, pas hari H nya saya ke tkp malah penuh dan gak ad tanggapan. Sudah jauh-jauh hari saya boking jauh juga lagi perjalanan malah full. Anehh! Hrusnya yang di dahulukan yang sudah lama bookingnya!

Lampu kamar satu saja yang nyala. Kamar mandi air shower tidak lancar, susah buat mandi. Minta ganti kamar yang air nya lancar tidak bisa.

Ssangat-sangat tidak layak huni, dari sprei selimut tidak pernah diganti sampe berjamur dan tidak diberikan handuk, fasilitas semuanya rusak, di lorong hotel pun banyak sampah berserakan hingga berbau bangunan juga tidak pernah dirawat, dan manajemen hotelnya sangat buruk sekali. Tolong ditinjau lagi hotel-hotel yang layak mitra, banyak konsumen yang kecewa dengan hal ini, thanks.
