Tempat nyaman banget dan strategis, cuman breakfast nya aja yang telat

The room smells musty, there are no amenities, the call center is difficult to contact and does not pick up the phone, the staff service is not that good.

Pelayanan ramah, roomnya bersih dan aksesnya mudah.

Saat check-in sangat buruk, tidak ada resepsionis yang profesional di depan hotel.

Stretegic location however room smelled like mold&dust. Looks like it has never been cleaned before guests are coming to stay. Yellow stain on the bed sheet. Blanket smelled musty. I don't know if they even washed it before they let guests use it. No facilites whatsoever, not even a trashcan. The only amenities I got was a towel and soap shampoo toothbrush in a plastic wrapping. At least the towel has obviously been washed although there were some stains 🙄. There was a leak on my room 's bathroom ceiling. Bathroom 's also nasty&wasn't cleaned properly. Room 's not soundproof, and unfortunately the environment was very noisy. Overall it was not a pleasant experience. Never again 👎.

Katanya dapat sarapan tapi tidak ada ya.

Untuk room-nya nyaman, dapat room no 109. Bersih, hanya saja karena ini menyatu dengan kost mahasiswa jadi kadang malamnya terdengar ramai di kamar sebelah dan seberang. Sarapan dapat 2 pax, enak rasanya. Di bawah ada Circle K, dekat juga ke ICE BSD gate belakang, 10 dan 5.

Bidetnya agak bau ketika dipakai.

Kasur atau spreinya sepertinya bertungau.
