On arrival you should provide us valid ID Card / Passport for the Hotel to take pre-authorization. Key Deposit Guarantee is mandatory upon check in IDR 100.000 and paid by Cash. Hotel provide key card and guest should return the key card to front office upon departure.
HOTEL GUEST REGULATION : The below items are prohibited inside the hotel premises : Animals, Durian Fruit, Electronic equipment for cooking, all sort of Narcotics drugs related, explosive powder, dangerous chemical and any weapon/gun without permit. The hotel has the right to confiscate the mentioned items if found in guest room without prior notification. Prostitution practice and human trafficking is prohibited in the hotel. Guest is prohibited to act in any way which can caused disturbance to public order. Hotel has the right to inform the authorities without prior notifications if drugs or narcotics related and non -permit weapon are found in the guest room. Hotel will not be responsible for any criminal act caused by the mentioned items belonging to the guest.
ACTION TAKEN AGAINTS VIOLATION OF HOTEL GUEST REGULATION The hotel authority has the right to ask the guest to leave the hotel if the forbidden mentioned items are found or used in the premises of the hotel. The hotel authority has the right to ask the guest to leave the hotel premises if found any act of prostitution, human trafficking and narcotic related items. The hotel will not refund any room charge to the guest caused by the mentioned above violations. The hotel has the right to ask the guest to leave and empty the room once the hotel authority found any misconduct or an act of violence’s , destruction which can be a disturbance to public order or reputation of the hotel, without any room charge compensation.
APPLICATION OF HOTEL GUEST REGULATION Guest is considered aware and acknowledge of the Hotel Regulation the moment that the guest has received hotel’s voucher or confirmation from the hotel.

Deposit IDR 50,000 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash and debit card.
