Overall I have a really nice stay, the area is quiet and the staffs were very nice. They provide shuttle bus to Kuta area hourly which is very convenient. The only downside is the room shower cannot provide enough hot water in a short span of time - need to wait until hot water to come back.

飯店雖然遠接駁車到市區因該要免費而且班次多的幫客人服務而不是變向收費這次入住7.8月算是較冷的而且山區天氣較冷不因該控制熱水數量花了7千多含稅入住並沒有相同價值

酒店本身的房型与网站中的房型 是搞反了的，豪华别墅和传统别墅，大家定的时候注意一下。酒店依山而建，有个小的无边泳池，风景很好。我们的别墅阳台被山里的猴子光顾了，所以出去玩的时候记得锁好阳台的门。酒店有免费的车，在乌布皇宫附近接送，很方便！整体评价：环境很好，服务很好，但有飞虫壁虎！

average, a little far from the downtown. The view is good, breakfast is fine. The shuttle bus was delay once about 30 mins, we wait for a long time.

离乌布中心15分钟车程，酒店有免费穿梭bus来回接送，所以很方便~ 我喜欢丛林，所以对酒店的环境很满意~ 房间也很满意~ 餐厅早餐好吃~~

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, etwas abseits, dafür direkt in der Natur. Tierischer Besuch kann also durchaus vorkommen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr grosszügig. Das Frühstück bietet viel Abwechslung und es ist immer frisch zubereitet, da es a la carte ist.

Incredible! We did not want to leave! The food was amazing, the staff was so helpful, kind, and friendly, and the unit was a dream. Such a peaceful place and right nestled in with nature.

Excellent staff, and all facilities was up to our standard. Beautiful spot if you want some quiet space and within nature. Probably some slight improvements required in menu, but that’s if I am being really picky.

Nous cherchions un hôtel authentique, ancré dans le local et Natura nous a comblé. Les chambres sont des villas extrêmement vastes (la nôtre devait faire 150m2) donnant sur un paysage à couper le souffle sans trace de civilisation alors que nous sommes à 10’ de la ville. La piscine à débordement au milieu des arbres luxuriant, tout invite au dépaysement. Les équipes font tout pour vous rendre le séjour agréable. Le menu du restaurant est très complet

Peaceful place with friendly staff and amazing view to the jungle of Ubud with occasionally visits by monkeys. A wonderful place I cannot recommend more!

We stayed in the Valley View Pool Villa and I can’t say enough nice things about this place. The hotel is tucked away and is like a little secret off a busy road. You would never suspect how peaceful and quiet it is. We stayed three nights in the first week of May and it was the most relaxing tranquil time I have ever spent on a vacation. The weather was rainy at night but sunny during the day. The staff was lovely and accommodating. The restaurant offered good options for someone like myself who only eats seafood. The menu pricing was very fair along with the alcohol options. I highly recommend treating yourself to a massage, the pricing is very affordable and the spa service was amazing. We spent one day relaxing in our private pool and enjoyed a family of monkeys playing in the trees all morning. We even woke up one night to them on our roof, startling but funny. This hotel is a perfect spot to all of the major spots to see around Ubud. They even have a shuttle that will drop off and pick you up in the city center. Some people complain about bugs in the room, but guess what, you’re in the jungle!!! We did have one large cricket in the room one night but it didn’t bother us, like I said you’re in the jungle… we did have ants in the bathroom the first day and found bug spray available in the bathroom that we used. I loved my stay at this hotel so much and would 10/10 go back for the peacefulness and relaxation the room and private pool provided.
