我来过这里三次了，还想再来。

这个地方和广告宣传的一样棒，员工也非常友好。房间和浴室都很干净。如果河水的声音都无法让你睡个好觉，我真不知道还有什么能让你睡个好觉。在这里的住宿体验非常愉快。更不用说，光是席德门本身就风景如画，令人叹为观止。

总的来说，这里很棒。工作人员非常友好。我觉得可以改进的地方是，泳池边的额外毛巾要收费。我的意思是，每晚150万，居然还要向住店客人收费？我以为这只适用于外来的客人，结果最后他们竟然免费在房间里给我提供了额外的毛巾。考虑到价格，我推荐小木屋，而不是豪华露营帐篷。我在豪华露营和小木屋里都各住了一晚。白天，豪华露营里超级热。而且空间也太小了，根本没法坐在里面和阳台上。

We love the Natya River glamp ground. The location, scenery, setting, facilities, and staff are wonderful. We have been there a few times and always felt that it was a great value for money. This trip, however, was disappointing because they were constructing new cabins, and there was constant noise of power saws, pneumatic nail guns, and hammering from 8-5 each day less than 20 meters from our tent. Also, there was a constant presence of workers walking back and forth in front of our tent and using the communal toilets, so we had no privacy. It was not the relaxing environment that we expected or paid for. While we appreciate that the hotel is being upgraded, the owners should have informed potential guests about it and at least offered a discounted rate for the imposition and inconvenience.

Terima kasih Natya River buat liburan anniversary pernikahan kami yang tak terlupakan. Pemandangan yang disuguhkan sangat indah dan glampingnya juga keren, view kamar kami langsung melihat aliran sungai dan gunung. Kamar juga bersih, toilet juga keren. Hanya saja tidak ada fasilitas sandal dan juga Wi-Fi kurang kenceng aja saat di kamar. Semoga ke depannya bisa diperbaiki kembali ya? Staff dan pelayanan juga ciamiik.

Lokasi agak dalam, tamu sampe malam, di reception depan ga ada orang, di telp ga aktif. Tamu jalan sampe ke dalam yang cukup lumayan jauh dan naik turun (karena lokasi alam). Penerangan kurang, dari tenda ke toilet harus pake senter (mengingat ini bukan type camping) air buat mandi sangat kecil pada malam hari waktu kita tiba, di pagi hari, air buat mandi mati total, akhirnya tamu check out dengan kondisi belum mandi, hanya bilas wajah dengan air mineral. Makanan biasa aja. Mudah-mudahan ke depan lebih baik. Untuk suasananya enak, lainnya buruk.

Food was good, the outdoor activities was great, swimming pool + the river it was fun, everything is perfect but the room tent, thay said it was AC, but I say its a Fan, sidemen not so cold like kintamani or bedugul, so inside the tent was always hot, that standing AC can't help the temperature inside. The worst part is during the night time, so many bugs came inside our tent even though we've closed the tent, there is some hole space near the standing AC that the bugs can come in, I saw so many things like (mantis, flying ants, many kind of insects) and because we fully closed the tent, no air circulation, so it was HUMID during my bed time, it is very very frustrating, and because we can't get the private room with private bathroom, its kind of troublesome especially when its raining in the middle of the night. I can't sleep the whole night, I'm so glad we only book for 1 night. It is very tiring when its morning time, since I don't have good quality sleep. I will recommend to enjoy this place as visiting cafes, but to stay overnight, I don't think so. Sidemen not very cold like bedugul or kintamani, if perhaps they have aircon in the room or proper room, I will definitely come back.

Tempatnya bagus banget, staff-nya helpful dan ramah-ramah, cuma jalanan menuju lokasi curam, tikungan, dan naik turun, tapi waktu pulang kita dibantu diantar sama staff-nya buat jadi driver sampai jalan besar for free! Kalau belum pro driver dan pede banget, lebih baik kontak staff-nya dulu buat minta dijemput. Lebih baik pesan kamar yang ada AC-nya karena ternyata tenda kita nggak ada AC jadi agak panas.

Viewnya keren … pelayanan ramah.

Great atmosphere at night but too hot in the midday

Ride about 2 hours from Kuta with extreme roads to get to this place expected to having a peaceful environment far from the city with water sounds, etc. Turns out, it was noisy. There some guests play dangdut song till late night. Kids were playing lato-lato, they running and screaming till late night. Everytime we're trying to sleep. We were always hope our stay was gonna end soon. Staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. The place is also clean. Just don't really like the environment. Staff are very responsive as well when we complain about the noisy. Not sure if we gonna come back.

Very peaceful place with sound of river and nature. Great hospitality from staff. Do not worry for the food, they have yummy and cheap price. Thank you

Cocok untuk keluarga dengan mengingat masa lalu, bermain di sungai yang jernih, dan makanannya dengan rasa khas Bali yang penuh rempah.

Air bed nya penuh dengan pasir, bantal dan selimut benar benar bau. Tempat karaokenya sungguh menggangu

Kami dateng ketika weekend suasana sangat rame, staf lebih fokus di resto daripada kami di glamping. Air minum di room yang harus nya ada tp tidak tersedia, ketika diminta nunggu sampai 1 jam, wifi tidak berfungsi, airpanas tidak berfungsi, menurut saya tempat biasa saja tidak ada yang istimewa.
