Nunia Boutique Private Villa

We loved our stay at Nunia. The staff were so friendly & were straight to our villa if we ever needed anything such as a water refill etc. We booked this villa as it has an enclosed living area which we absolutely need with two babies crawling around. Only a 5 minute walk to eat street & plenty of food options if you walk either side of the villa.

Great property, staffing were really lovely. Local to Seminyak Square. A lot of great restaurants that are in walkable distances. It was a large villa, pool was amazing.

We had a lovely stay at Nunia. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Villa was spacious and had a relaxing quiet atmosphere. Location was very close to several good restaurants and cafes and it was easy to get transport or walk to other nearby places.

The villa is old and food was oily and too much flavour...

Having stayed at a number of other villas in Bali with private pools, this pool was an excellent size. The apartment was also very spacious. The only downside for us was the lack of kitchen amenities. They only had the basics; plates, cups, bowls etc, but barely anything if you actually wanted to cook (not even a toaster).

Good pool and accommodations but very tired need updating

Check in was very easy and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Villas are spacious and clean, and the breakfast served each day is wonderful to wake up to. It is within walking distance to everything in Seminyak, yet is on a quiet road for an easy and comfortable sleep.

The place is amazingly clean and comfortable. The bathroom is nice with a shower inside and outside. The location is close by to a lot of restaurants and coffee places. I would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay!! Location is great with the shops and restaurants only a few minutes walk away. Villas were very nice and relaxing and the staff were wonderfull.

Villa is very very old, need big time renovation. Two staff Andy and Daisy were best staff and they should work in one of the better resort. In this same staff pick guest from airport, same staff answer your phone call and same staff cook in kitchen. Breakfast was ordinary not very excited. One day asked for butter and response was that we don't have butter. One night order the dinner and took long and asked why taking so long so reply was that no staff and I am at villa. Other thing very surprised that soon as we walked in and they came with receipts and asked for the payment. PAY NOW. Andy and Daisy were best and very help, very knowledgeable but I won't go back and stay because very old villa and service is just ordinary. Need to fix the villa and make it new look and get rid of 1970 stuff out.

Stay was fantastic .... service was excellent .. staff go out of their way to assist when help was needed to resolve some issues faced. Compliments to all staff (Cindy, Hardi. Lisma, Desi and those names I didn't managed to get) Keep up the good work .... will return for sure

It is a wonderful experience. Stayed for 2 nights, of only i could extend my holidays. Everyting was perfect except for minor cleanliness, but overall it was great. Staff was friendly, always smiling. Sadly, i requested for 1 hr late check out but was rejected. Would love to swim longer but have to cut it short. Breakfast was good too. And thank u for the complimentary cake n for decorating the room as an anniversary celebration. Will be back for longer period soon!

Had a fantastic week in Bali. These villas are an excellent base to either visit Seminyak or just chill out at the villa

We stayed in a two room villa on our own (1 couple) First impression it's very spacious and nicely layed out. Interior lounge / kitchen / dining is all open plan living out to pool / cabana area and out door dining / fishpond area... all bifold doors. Out to seperate bedroom buildings (more bi-folds) which have a spacious bedrooms, two double wardrobes each, a desk, and a stylish ensuite with large bath, seperate shower / toilet and another outdoor shower. Bathrooms are really nice and clean, black tiled, good water pressure and temperature, and good drainage. Easily enough space for two couples or a family. Not ideal for crawlers as the fishpond / pool are not fenced. Toddlers who are water wise would be ok. Pool is awesome depth for diving and the water was clear and clean. Water cooler in the kitchen for hot/cold water. Decent TV/DVD/Stereo system with solid sub-woofer if you like teh bass. My only gripe would be the neighbour's choice of music when they discovered they had a sub too, but they probably said the same about ours... :P

Nunia is in a great location, very close to seminyak square and eat street, and lots of taxi's available in the area. The villa itself was good, however it is definitely in need of some up keep; over grown trees, rusty and chipped furniture, blown light bulbs, and dirty looking bathroom facilities. Also the lack of curtains in our living area meant a lot of sun light came in quite early in the morning as the bedroom door had glass panels. Overall we enjoyed our stay but this villa is definitely not perfect when it comes to quality!

First villa had a few issues; sinks not emptying, broken furniture, pool pump only pumping air and not filtering the water etc. Staff moved us to a second villa, with a shower that would not stop running, and loose boards on the verandah but otherwise all OK. The two bedroom villas are large, comfortable and clean, and the staff are very helpful. Adjoining villas have an interconnecting gate, if needed. All that these villas need is for the owners to carry out some maintenance and then keep on top of it.

Space is great and the staff were lovely but that's all that is positive. Very dirty and run down, stains on sheets, towels and couches. Sun lounges-broken. Pool pump failed so pool became green. Terrible!
