Had a great stay at Nusa Dua! Lots of amazing restaurants right on your door step and it’s a 15 minute easy walk to Bali Collective shopping centre. Would stay again!

Wonderful resort with great swimming pools and plenty of sunlounges on the beach . Staff are also great. My disappointment is that this hotel no longer serves my favourite cocktail, Bailey's Commet and the hotel only serves HALAL food , which means no Bacon at the Buffet breakfast 😪

Good location, nice staff

Was slightly more expensive then accomodation we had up north (Ubud) but it has so much to do its a perfect place by the sea, with pools, games room, spa, shopping, friendly chipmunks! Only downside was the beach wasn't as nice as ive seen previously

The room wasn’t incredible nice (simple king bed) but the bed was cozy and we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. The grounds were flawless, pools and oceanfront perfect. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel with great staff

Property is very grand, has great facilities and the location is good. Checking was easy but the reception staff wasn't helpful and didn't give proper information with respect to the location of the room. We were given the back facing room when actually we booked the pool facing room. We were told that the room is at the prime location, when reported we were asked to wait for 3 hours. After 3 hours of wait and hoping to get our preferred room, we were taken to the back of the hotel with the longest walk to the main facilities. The housing keeping staff was very inactive, had to call twice each time and to the reception to get the things resolved. The shower and th toilets in our room had poor quality installation with slippery floor. The T.V wasn't working. Restaurants were good but over priced.

All staff were very friendly and accommodating. The buildings and grounds are beautiful and aging gracefully. We enjoyed our dinners: service, menu's and quality were terrific. The breakfast buffet was incredible. But expensive if not included in your package.

Food, facilities are excellent. But kids' food menu didn't list cashews in the choc chip cookie and both my girls ended up in hospital. Not good enough

old world charm, pools and gardens are well maintained. Food options plentiful and reasonable price. Good vibe at the Tamarind restaurant by the beach. Beautiful expansive gardens. Polite and attentive services overall. Suggestions for improvement 1. Set up queue line with CLEAR signage at check in check out area to avoid chaos, especially when many tour groups check in with other individuals guests. Please install some fans to improve ventilation over the check in counter so that guests dont have to suffer from 30c heat during queuing. 2. Update the rooms and air cons. My room at 4106 has a noisy AC unit right above my bed. Couldnt sleep til 5am from the noise. Had to use noise cancelling headphones to get over it. The bedsheet felt moist with stains on them

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever seen. The rooms are small and a bit old but the property makes up for it. 7 restaurants, shopping on premises, beautiful beach, 3 huge pools. Nightly entertainment. Highly recommended!
