酒店还是挺漂亮的，走几步就可以到海边，附近没啥吃的要打车到水明漾。门口的街道非常堵车，到水明漾大概30分钟车程。另外，酒店的床不舒服，几天都没睡好，早餐不好吃。

飯店貼心準備同房間給我們，也願意在我們離開2天的時候讓我們寄放保管行李

Nice and clean room with easy access to the beach. Staff are super nice and helpful throughout my entire stay, very attentive to all the request. There are loads of restaurants, massage places and minimarts within walkable distance. Pretty self sustainable unless one is looking for busy tourist area in Seminyak or Kuta. The only downside is the noise coming from construction site. The noise is bearable but just make the environment a bit dusty.

雖然離庫塔逛街區要走段距離，但離雷根海灘非常近，飯店設施也很不錯，有DVD可以免費借（沒中文字幕），服務人員服務算週到，有問題都很願意協助，重點儘管住可直接使用泳池的房間，價錢依然十分平價，整體很不錯，雖然旁邊還是有施工，但其實個人感覺影響不大，有機會會在入住！

位置良好，走路三分鐘就可以到海邊。鄰近區域皆很熱鬧，但因周圍路較小，夜晚下班時段騎車或開車時堵車狀況非常嚴重。
飯店內部良好，櫃檯接待人員服務良好。
因樓下為Romeo 餐廳，我們住在電梯出來第一間，第一個晚上餐廳活動的音樂大到誇張，晚上12點後才漸漸地小聲。由於活動太吵的關係，room service的電話也接不到，點餐是我們自己親自去餐廳點的。
另外早餐時，服務生不會特別拿menu給你，除非你要求。

我們在Kuta待了兩個晚上，Ossotel 的服務品質相當好，飯店很新，房間也很乾淨。
美中不足的地方是剛好附近在施工，飯店的隔音不是很好，
所以悠閒地早上與下午常有機器的聲音。
雖然飯店貼心的提醒與留言抱歉，但是還是稍微破壞了我們的寧靜假期。

Location is quite nice in Lagian, very near by the beach, so it's a short walking distance to get it. The room was clean and cozy, the staff was friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was also good, they served buffet with a la carte. However shuttle service was limited, only one in the morning to Kuta and one in the afternoon to Seminyak.
