Pas check in kamar belum siap. Nunggu lama, hujan lebat untung pake mobil. Air keran waktu malem sampe subuh mati, ga keluar, mau wudhu juga susah ga ada air. Rencana mau check out siang jadi check out subuh, baru kali ini nginep di hotel/villa ngalamin seperti ini. Semoga pengelola memperbaikinya.

Tidak layak untuk ditempati, kasur semua kotor kaya gak pernah di cuci, tembok kotor kamar mandi apalagi, kotor banget. Langsung balik kanan pas liat keadaan kaya gitu. Tidak sesuai gambar-gambar.

Recomended banget, tempat strategis dan nyaman, kamar bersih, waiters nya ramah. Depan nya ada warung, cuma tv tidak nyala, tapi tidak masalah jarang nonton tv juga.

Overall rekomen, lah harga segitu, cuma tempatnya agak mojok, tp enak si di kamar mandi ad kolam u/berenang anak, air hangat lagi, tp awal sempeg risih bau banget rokok, maklum faktor gak ad AC kali y.

Staff ramah, parkiran ok, tapi plang nya kurang besar & sudah burem sehingga penginapannya agak susah dicari. Handuk juga kurang. Sudah diksh tau di bookingan bahwa tamunya 2 orang, tp handuk cuma dikasih 1. Lalu kekurangan lainnya adalah tidak ada kipas angin. Untuk harga segitu harusnya setidaknya ada kipas angin lah.

Hotelnya aman, nyaman tetapi kebersihannya kurang dan kurang terawat. Mamang nya ramah pisan euy sebelum di location di telfon dulu untuk konfirmasi dan kalo nyasar dijemput sama mamangnya. Boleh milih kamar ditawarkan upgrade kamar jadi deluxe tp karena semalam aja jadi pilih yang biasa aja, air bersih ada kolam rendam. Gak ada ac tapi gak panas, hati-hati yang ke daerah hotel ini kalo pertama kali dateng karena bakal diikutiin sama orang yang nawarin villa bener-bener diikutin sampe kita masuk ke dalam villa, banyak yang pantau sama pihak villa dari malam sampe pagi jadi kendaraan aman di luar. Kalo pagi udah ada alarm (banyak yang jualan😁), murah nyaman kurang kebersihan aja😭, padahal enak ada kolam rendamnya. Di sediaan dispenser bisa air hanget juga. Sayang dikebersihan aja

Pas saya datang kata resepsionist kamar sudah penuh. Padahal kan saya sudah bayar lebih awal masa penuh. Suruh nunggu dulu setengah jam baru bisa masuk. Aneh.

Setelah sampai di lokasi ternyata kamar yg saya pesan tidak tersedia dengan alasan kamar mandi rusak & akhirnya diberikan kamar family dan nambah biaya 50ribu,tolong diperhatikan ketersedian kamar dengan baik
