Kasurnya gatel pol, entah udah berapa lama sprei kasurnya gak pernah diganti, handuknya pun dekil. Nginep di sini cuma 3 jam aja.

Sepatutnya OYO harus MALU dan mengeluarkan hotel tersebut dari daftar, karena sangat tidak patut menggunakan nama serta logo oyo. Hotel oyo tetapi: SPREIi, HANDUK, selimut sangat kotor dan MENJIJIKKAN, tidak ada air mineral, tidak ada sabun. Saya lupa dan tidak mengambil foto untuk jadi bukti, tetapi JELAS dan NYATA serta BUKTI jika management oyo survey lapangan"pasti terkagum kagum melihat kenyataan.

Receptionistnya tidak stand by 24 jam di front office. Saran saya untuk hotelnya agar bisa stand by 24 jam dan untuk tamu yang mau check-in lebih dari jam 2 siang agar bisa dikonfirmasi terlebih dahulu ke pihak hotel agar receptionistnya stand by di depan.

Menginap 2 malam disini, tempatnya tidak kelihatan kalau hotel karena berada di ruko. Kalau pagi di depan ada pasar tumpah, kelebihannya gampang cari makan, dekat masjid, minimarket, bank. kamar deluxe luas. Air panas kurang lancar tapi secara umum hangat. Pakai smart TV jadi bisa nonton youtuble di TV.
