Kamarnya bagus namun sayang banyak nyamuk. Mohon untuk ke depannya ditutup untuk ventilasi udaranya agar tidak ada nyamuk yang masuk. Terima kasih.

Resepsionis sangat cuek, main HP sendiri, tamu tidak diantar. Saya datang malam hari. Begitu datang ke resepsionis cuma diberi kunci kamar saja dan tidak diantar ke kamar yang kami pesan sampai kami bingung sendiri kamar yang mana kami tempati. Saya pesan 2 kamar dulaxe doble dan twin. Untuk yang double sesuai dengan foto yang tertera pada aplikasi tetapi yang twin sangat tidak sesuai, saya dapat kamar model joglo jadul, ruangan engap, kamar kotor. Saya sudah konfirmasi ke resepsionis kenapa kamar tidak sesuai dengan foto pada aplikasi, jawabannya kamar penuh. Saya sangat heran padahal saya sudah pesan melalui aplikasi. Lalu saya mengajukan upgrade namun jawabannyapun mengecewakan katanya harus sesuai aplikasi. Loh hotel saja tidak menyediakan kamar sesuai yang ada di aplikasi.

Kondisi kamar bau. Kamar mandi kotor. Pintu ga bisa di kunci. TV engga bening gambarnya. Dapat kamar tidak sesuai yang di pesan.

Kami ber5 menginap di sini, ibuku, anak-anak dan suamiku. Aku pesen 2kmr, kamar yang aku tempati ya seperti ini, sejauh ini lumayan baik pelayanannya. Cuma aku sejujurnya aku ga suka sama kamar yang aku tempati, kamar mandinya harus keluar kamar dulu, dan air panas ga berfungsi, langit-langit kamar seperti rapuh, pintu kamar mandinya juga ga bisa di tutup rapat, aku di kamar nomer 6 belakang persis RC nya. Tolong diperbaiki lagi dan tingkatkan lagi fasilitasnya yaa. Aku ga kapok nginap di sni. Next tolong diperbaiki lagi.

Top recommended. murah fasilitas dapat handuk 2 sabun kecil 2. kamar luas. ada TV, AC dingin, air panas 24 jam. dekat pasar. Kalau mau sarapan bisa ke pasar, di sekitar hotel banyak jual makanan, top lah, bersih.
