L hôtel est bien situe , il donne dans la rue principale de Sanur ou l on trouve un large choix de restaurants, spa et boutiques. Il est bien entretenu, la hall d accès est très beau avec des cascades, la piscine est très sympa dans un petit mais beau jardin. Nous avions une chambre familiale, très grande mais pas une très bonne localisation car elle donnait au dessus de la réception donc assez bruyant. Très bon petit déjeuner et personnel bienveillant.

The location was excellent just next door to Maya so access to the beach is easy. At this time though the gang access from Parigata was closed andunder construction so we just walked next door to thebeach from Maya. All staff were excellent, from reception to Jack taking our bags and to Luh at the restuarant. Location is excellent. See you next time.

房內和花園景觀都和照片一樣,房間很大,床也很大,舒適的陽台座位,不過真的是比較老的飯店,浴室不夠乾淨..放備品盤子上有像辣椒醬的污跡..水杯也是黑黑的整圈茶漬都沒洗掉,毛巾有大片棕色污漬這些照片上看不出來,有一個很小的花園泳池很漂亮,但是早上我看到池畔有一隻死老鼠..很驚訝,但飯店很快就處理了.地點很好走路去超市或做spa都相當方便,服務人員很親切
,幫我們租摩托車和延遲退房到2點,飯店的早餐很不優,種類很少.我認為飯店如果更重視清潔品質的話會加分很多..

Good position between beach and street with restaurants, convenience store and laundry service. Older Bali charm with a grand entrance, water features and lovely gardens. FRIENDLY staff. Excellent masseuse. Mainly clean, comfortable bed and linen. Outside chairs were not comfortable. Only 22 sun lounges for 36 rooms.

A hotel that feels like Bali. The room is spacious, and the balcony is large as well. There is a big drying rack on the balcony, which was convenient. Our room had a large bathtub, allowing us to relax. The fruit salad for breakfast was delicious.

お部屋はとても広く家具も落ち着いていてベッドも広くゆっくりできました。
ただトイレのドアが閉まらない💦コンセントが壊れてる💦エアコンからの水漏れ💦
1週間の滞在予定だったので大工事になりそうなエアコンとドアは諦めて伝えず、コンセントの不具合は伝えるとすぐに修理に来てくれました！
Wi-Fiは弱いけど、テレビ画面でNetflix、Amazon prime、YouTubeがみられるのはとても助かりました。
ホテルの中庭はいつもきれいにお掃除されていてとても落ち着き、レストランのサンドウィッチ類はとても美味しかったです。
