Loved everything about the hotel — from the staff to the facilities!

In general, definitely a lovely place to stay in nice design and with really good restaurants + experience. - tried to make some cocktails in the room (which is their specials in every room) and found the squeezer used with lemons/ limes on it - kind of disgusting for a 5-star hotel.. - during my checkout it was actually raining. I called a grab and the staff told me to wait outside of the hotel and on the Main Street (the destined location you can only pick on grab). So I have to take the buggy out and carry my big luggage across the street and wait under the rain with no cover, getting all wet. This is quite not a pleasant experience and not expected for the best 50 hotels in the world, especially for solo travelers / girls and during these rainy season. - experience such as boxing, sound vibration treatment are nice; couldn’t enjoy the beach club due to bad weather - staffs are mostly super helpful, nice and welcoming (except the one not too helpful during my checkout with the grab issue)

Our stay at Potatoe Head was great, we really enjoyed our two nights at the resort, the staff was friendly and professional, the design decor and architecture of the complex is impressive, a piece of art, all food and drinks were above standard and all the sustainable practices at the hotel were amazing. We enjoyed very much the in room bar with the premixed cocktails and the bottles for us to prepare our own drinks, the suite pool was quite relaxing and the beach front pool for the guest only was very nice as well, ideal for enjoying the sunsets, a well deserve place on the 50 Best Hotels. Looking forward for our next stay at Potatoe Head

Whole stay was a wonderful experience. Probabaly one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in. Everyone of the staff was really kind helpful and friendly. Everything was exquisite. I recommend this hotel to everyone. My wife and i really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing experience. We were upgraded and showered with complimentary add ons such as free cocktails in the room and birthday cake. Having a plant based restaurant on site was such a great bonus for my partner who is vegan. I loved that you could order as much food as you liked, a la carte, for breakfast. We would love to go back again.

This is an extremely unique property! It felt like a little village with great restaurants and shops. The decor is very striking and original. The pools were great, especially the Beach Club. And the beach access is terrific. The staff was pleasant and attentive from the moment our taxi pulled up to check in. Highly recommend staying here!

Two years ago, my husband and I spent the last part of our honeymoon at Potato Head. We had originally booked two days, but we instantly fell in love with the friendliness and the people, the scents, the food and the plethora of experiences from light sound healing and massage to the beach club, so we ended up spending five days there. This spring, we once again travelled from CPH, this time with our 9 month old daughter, simply because we wanted to come back to Potato Head for our baby moon, this time an entire week. While we were unsure about how it would be to be there with our daughter, this stay was even better than our first one. We were welcomed back like old family members by staff who remembered us and made us feel at home immediately. While the architecture and location right at the beach is amazing and unique (nothing beats their breakfast in daybeds at the infinity pool), and while the rooms are fantastic (we’ve tried the private pool suite, a single room in the studio and the sky view sanctuary), it is the attentive and friendly staff that makes the difference. Every morning at breakfast, our daughter was greeted with big, warm smiles and laughter by every single staff member. Throughout the day they came by to talk to her, walk around with her and make sure she had all the food and water she needed. We have so many special memories from Potato Head and we cannot wait to return “home” again. Amra, Kasper & little Ella

The property itself was great but the best was the superb service from every one working at the hotel. Everybody in the hotel went far and beyond to provide us with the best quality service every minute of our stay. I recommend this hotel 100%+++!

Potato Head was a DREAM hotel for our honeymoon. We actually didn't enjoy Seminyak very much as we are not big party people but Potato Head was like a perfect oasis with some partying if we wanted! Everything is thought of, from activities included or for a very reasonable fee, takeaway eco-friendly amenities, and super friendly and genuine staff. We ended up staying for 5 nights in total because we loved it so much. 100% the best choice we could have made. There's a reason people love this hotel. Nothing but good stuff to say. Also I will say I think Tanaman, the vegan restaurant on site is massively overlooked because it's vegan but the breakfast is SO GOOD and they even have their own homemade coconut milk with cinnamon??? Don't miss it. Take me back, right now.
