除了地點不方便之外，其他都很棒。Kiids Club的工作人員很盡責、前台人員也很棒～ 如果可以增加18:00以後的接駁車，就更完美了。

Hotel service is good but the room condition is not satisfied. We booked the 2 bedroom, the bed sheets have some blood mark seems dirty. The most love is the water slide, the kids do not want to leave the slide.

Very family friendly, fantastic value for money

Communal bathrooms and grounds around the pools were dirty. Sun lounges were also in poor condition, needed a very good clean. Rooms were clean but dated and very overpriced.

Ideal for people travelling with younger families but for me it was noisy. The hotel rather than the suites would be much more suited to families with older teenagers. The suites seemed to be in need of a little tlc. Our shower leaked and the shower controls were difficult to turn on and off. The kitchen and appliances were dated. The air con units were not working in one of the bedrooms and everything felt damp. I had also requested a change to my booking within the time frame for changes to be made, but I have not received a refund for the unused night. Very disappointing. There are other much nicer places to stay in Bali for a fraction of the price we paid here. A disappointing end to what was otherwise an amazing holiday in Bali.

not flexible for late check out not even for an hour even if hotel is not fully book. overall facilities is quite old and pool is small so it's always crowded.. breakfast is average, need a cab to go everywhere as beach is quite a distance and shuttle bus is infrequent and limited time. Will book because need a large managed apartment hotel otherwise lots of other options.

Absolutely fabulous. Our party had 4 kids under 7 and they had a ball. The kid's crew are great. Pools are deep though so parental responsibility is essential. Waterslide great. The resort is spotless and the staff are very friendly and helpful. 10/10 from me.

Great family hotel

I really enjoyed the pool area and the food and the drinks. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There are lots of activities for children and an expansive games area. The slide is pretty good for a hotel and will entertain the kids for a while at least. Short walk to the centre of Sunur where there are heaps of shops and cafes etc.

Great for families and great pool options for cooling off

We loved the friendly, laid back atmosphere. The hotel was an easy walk to the main street in Sanur where there was more than enough restaurants to choose from.

Great resort for those with kids. Kids club and pools are staffed by friendly people who genuinely love interacting with the kids. Only downside is the distance from the beach - although only a 10-15min walk by adults, it’s challenging to walk with small kids on the busy roads which are shared by cars, scooters, motorcycles and pedestrians.

ゴールド会員であるため、客室のアップグレードとライトチェックアウトの特典を受けました。スタッフも礼儀正しく、そして気遣いができ快適な滞在ができた。

スタッフさんみんな親切！日本語話せる方もいてとてもフレンドリー　子供への配慮もあって、楽しいお時間を過ごさせていただきました。ウォータースライダー目当てでしたが思う存分遊んでいた。子供は多くて娘もたくさんのお友達が作れて最高に楽しい時間を過ごしていたそうです。

昨年に続き2回目の滞在です。スタッフも皆、フレンドリーです。2ベッドルームを利用しました。それぞれにバス，トイレがある為、気兼ねなく使える点はとても良いです。寝室の真ん中の扉で完全にプライベート空間が分かれるので プライバシーが保てて良いです。 またホテルの無料シャトルバスでビーチやスーパーに行けるのでとても便利です。今回は珍しく一日中雨だった日があり、グループホテルへ無料シャトルバスで移動し、アフタヌーンティーを楽しんできました。ジムは同じグループホテルの本格的なジムを無料で利用できるとのことでした。また次回も利用させていただきます！
