Puri Santrian

the buffet breakfast were not tasty. the shower water flew very slowly in the room . the room was old and not clean. the room was noisy at night, one of the reasons was that the fridge in the room was old so it made high noise. The beach and swimming pools were good, the overall interior of the hotel (including the outdoor parts) were good and beautiful. They invited us for a complimentary afternoon tea in their cafe but they only gave us very bad-conditioned and not tasty pastry.

Excellent hotel environment. Spectacular beach view

我們在峇里島最後一晚的選擇，這家鬧中取靜的飯店附近就是沙努最熱鬧地區域，用餐前逛了一下飯店發現最棒的是海邊黃昏的美景，是一週巴里島上住宿最滿意的，早餐泳池旁環境讓人很放鬆，在沙灘椅休息一下..都不想離開飯店了。

酒店設施不錯，員工很友善。 房間有點小問題，職員亦很快解決。 只是房間光線不足，晩上燈亮了房內還是暗。晚上有閲讀習慣可能有點不方便！

スタッフが皆さん親切、敷地内も綺麗に整備されていて居心地の良いホテル。エキストラベットが少し長さが足りなかったのとアメニティが３人分用意されていない日もあった。 ただ、静かで部屋は清潔でエアコンやシャワーも問題なく、何より滞在中とてもリラックスできた。また泊まりたい。

Beautiful hotel and grounds . Rooms are clean ,clean and comfortable. Breakfast caters for everyones tastes with a huge variety. Would definitely recommend .

Cadre exceptionnel

I had the Adults only Santrian Room, it was big, the bed was super comfy but it all looked old. Old is fine but I complained about the sewerage smell coming from the pipes, they gave me an oil diffuser.... The staff are really nice and they look after the grounds well. The food was lovely, brekky was great. The location was good.

Loved this property. Great feel from the moment you arrive. Lobby was beautiful and the staff very friendly and attentive. We had a Santrian Club room, large size room, walk in shower (so not having to step into bath). Loved the fact it was child free space so very peaceful area, great pool. Breakfast was a buffet so lots of choices. Great main pool area with a pool bar if you’re wanting a more social atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and stay there again

My husband and i enjoyed our stay. The facilities are great and the daily buffet breakfast was amazing. Being right on the beach, there were plenty of options for dining and bars.

Beautiful grounds, pools, very good staff, our suite was beautiful.

Sehr schöne landestypische gestaltete Anlage mit extrem freundlichem Personal und Service!!! Wir können das Puri Santrian jederzeit empfehlen ( haben ein Premier Deluxe Zimmer gebucht, andere Zimmer sind wohl schon etwas älter ).

Great hotel

I had a lock that didn’t work. They replaced it promptly. Staff was very helpful. I use a rollatter and their grounds were easy to manage.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, welches teilweise schon renoviert wird. Schöner Garten und nettes Personal. Strand wie in Norditalien- man kann kaum schwimmen so seicht... dafür muss man nicht nach Bali, wo es auch eine traumhafte Unterwasserwelt gibt, aber das soll jeder für sich selbst entscheiden. Haben uns aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen am Ende der Rundreise dafür entschieden, man hört die Flugzeug dann natürlich auch.

The property was absolutely lovely. The rooms were great, breakfast was excellent. The town was not too busy.
