It was a very nice stay. The help desk is super friendly. We have the room on the back side of the pool, was quiet and pleasant. I like how clean it is, and the beautiful bathroom! Very recommend to stay here during your Bali trip.

Putu villas are right in the Main Street of Seminyak but you wouldn’t know it! They have a beautiful tranquil garden, old school Bali charm, and free access to the gym at the front of the complex. Felt super relaxing to be there.
The property is older so it’s not all that flash, but I think the price is fair for what you get.

My friend and i stayed here for a much needed girls trip away. We could not fault our stay. The staff were beautiful and friendly, helped us woth any of our needs. Everything is walking distance, amazing restaurants and cafes close by. The pool is stunning. Despite being close to the main road, we found the property really quiet and relaxing. The rooms are a little dated & could potentially use some work, but we thought it added to the charm of the place. We'll definitely be staying here again.

我們訂的是有蚊帳的房間，卻被分到一間沒有蚊帳的房，並且是第一間在廚房後方，整晚聽到餐廳切菜跟前方酒吧搖滾樂團12點，我的朋友無法休息，飯店經理休假完全沒有人可幫我們處理，只好跟另一位朋友換房。我朋友整晚被蚊子叮到無法入睡。請大家入住前要確認是否跟訂的圖片一樣,並要求安靜的房間

Property advertised having spa & massage facilities on site. We booked based on this as travelling with my elderly mother. The spa facilities had been closed since COVID 5 years ago!! Rooms have not been updated or maintained to the photos of 5 years ago. Outside shower does not work, was told to run hot water in the bath tub if wanted a hot tub??

Everyone was always happy and welcoming.
House keeping never disappointed.
Privacy was good. Safe environment, would even stay with my kids.
Downfall was the bed not really being to comfortable, mattress is due for an update.
And the pool bar was never opened, however it was not peek season when we stayed. But i think the hotel add should specify if it is closed during periods of time.
Overall cant complain and would stay here again. Felt safe and it was in a terrific location. Staff made our time lovely.

Great location in Seminyak - close to cafes, restaurants, shops etc. Hotel is quite old and needs a bit of a refresh (pool area, rooms). Bathroom / shower needed a good deep clean. Rooms not noise protected, could hear everything from property next door throughout the night. Gardens nice.

We had the most incredible holiday. Myself and family stayed for nearly 3 weeks it was certainly great value and beautiful authentic accommodation. Friendly helpful staff and very clean.

The Putu is quite run down, but I want to emphasise that the staff were beautiful, extremely helpful and very accommodating. The photos are not true to the villas, we were very shocked upon arrival, the photos online do not truely depict them correctly. Like I said, the staff made it better as they tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Good location, close walk to beach. Friendly staff, easy check in, good wifi. Live music from nearby was a little disturbing a few nights running. Bathroom and general decor needed updating/paint peeling on the walls. Bed was comfortable, gym sufficient.
