地理位置方便，房間整潔，早餐食物多選擇，職員友善，性價比高。

只有住一晚，房間設施有點老舊，房間走道上隔音設備不太好，夜歸跟一早七點多就有房客說話聲音打擾，大致上都還可以接受。工作人員服務態度不錯。

酒店位於市中心，非常便利，附近有很多大型連鎖食店。性價比很高，員工超有禮貌。唯一美中不足是翻新工程正在進行中。

The lobby is located on the 9th floor. We got free upgrade to a family room which is quite decent. Some parts of the hotel are under construction, looking forward to this high potential hotel. Bar nearby maybe nosiy at night due to live music.

附近購物很方便，按摩服務很好，大力推薦。早餐也很好！

很不錯的飯店，位子很棒，服務好，入住的很多都是西方遊客，早餐就還好了

酒店比较旧了，作为过度一晚的酒店还算可以。 步行带海边几分钟。酒店早餐还过得去。 花园有热带雨林感觉。

酒店人员很亲切，早餐丰富，环境也很好，很舒服。虽然因为酒店设施有过不满，但是酒店人员也尽力协调解决，最终得到满意答复。

酒店位置非常方便，酒店旁邊就有便利商店，離太陽百貨僅走路2分鐘距離，太陽百貨裡有超市，附近也有好幾個兌換所，匯率合理。 員工都很熱情，笑容滿面，迎賓飲料非常好喝！ 唯有進房時，浴室的垃圾桶是滿的忘了清，但跟櫃檯反映後，很快的有人來幫忙清理了，清潔部分還需要多多加強 整體來說是很不錯的

酒店位置很好，离机场很近，十分方便。在库塔算是比较热闹的地段，穿过一条小巷就能到海边。自助早餐也不错，房间也挺好的。

虽然老旧，但不失舒适，最大的优点在于地处库塔海滩边上，附近商场、酒吧、各国餐厅邻里，最繁华的地段，7天全部定在这是我这次旅行最好选择

出行很方便，满意！

Great location in Kuta area, walking distance to Kuta beach, Discovery mall, and Region. Small room but very clean. Breakfast buffet is better than my expectation. it's not a luxury 5-star resort but highly recommend to backpackers~

环境很好，离机场也就车程10分钟，外面就是商业街很热闹，离海滩步行5分钟

酒店处于库塔繁华地区，在街边，但是穿过大堂到酒店又非常安静，绿化很漂亮，服务态度很好，酒店早餐是此行三个酒店中最丰富好吃的。

看到網頁上的房間及整體環境很有峇厘島風格感覺，但入住的房型完全不一樣，也和當初預定的不一樣，跟飯店反應，卻只推托沒有房間了，我預定了二間雙人房，都有受欺騙的感覺、房間小、不要緊但感覺浴室及毛巾都很髒、，公共區域還不錯、。我不會再選擇這家，不好的經驗。

门口就有小mart和取款机，出门便是闹市区可以逛街。出门左转直走，三五分钟就到海边。酒店里泳池不错，早餐极其丰富味道好，去机场也不远。关键，价格相当吸引人，家人也非常满意。最喜欢：1.地理位置；2.泳池；3.早餐。餐厅貌似还得了traveler advisor的推荐奖。信息：去机场大概是60千。去bamboo corner和made's warung都可步行。made's warung得到了全家人的一致喜爱！

The location is convenience and we can find taxi easily (for some location in Bali, it is different to find taxi). I lived two different types of room (Executive Deluxe and Deluxe). The first one (Executive Deluxe), the place is very nice. For the second one (Deluxe), some points on the body and hand of my wife and me was swollen. It was suspected the bedsheet did not be clean enough. We could not sleep well.

De façon globale cela était une expérience affreuse car je suis resté deux nuits et à aucun moment j’ai pu dormir correctement. La première nuit, mon voisin faisait extrêmement du bruit et j’ai dû intervenir et demander à la réception d’aller les voir pour que cela cesse à 3h20 du matin. La deuxième nuit, deux membres du personnel ont essayé de s’introduire dans ma chambre la première fois à 6h45, la deuxième fois à 7h30 du matin vraiment je me suis pas du tout senti en sécurité et ils m’ont réveillé en plein dans mon sommeil pour des raisons farfelues Vraiment de façon globale, je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel, je suis même à deux doigts de demander un remboursement. Sincèrement ne vous fiez pas aux photos sur Internet ou aux avis, car je n’ai pas du tout retrouvé ses prestations sur place loin de là. Pour moi ce n’est pas 15 étoiles mais 13 étoiles au grand maximum.

Very happy with staff & services, easy access to dinning restaurants, local shops and beach.
