Front office staff are friendly and helpful. Don't hesitate to staycation here, because there are near gas station and Indomaret. Thank you.

The room, 201 was dirty, dusty. The toilet pipe line was leaking very badly, the use black tape to close the leaking water but it doesn't help. Night time, one of the lady cleaner or maybe helper together, some men playing catching, Their running around and the knocking their own rooms. I don't get the peace.

Hotel business depend on services, good attitude with customer, but here Receptionist hotel totally not cooperative, not flexible, rough behaviour, inside toilet water drange also not flouent, I requested management to make services better and apoint young polite receptionist. Thanks.
