No towels. Conditions room very dusty also hot water is very limited. I ordered 4 roomS and there is one room with damaged ac, they change at 1 am in the morning. In the picture there is bath tub in premium room but the fact I don't get anything even for hot water.

AC ga dingin sama aja kayak pake kipas, lantai berminyak, padahal dulu sebelum di ambil RedDoorz termasuk hotel yang hampir setara hotel lain, nyesel.
