Thank you very much, we had a wonderful holiday at Santi Mandala. Our family of five thorougly enjoyed the private pool area, the beautiful villas, the friendly staff and the wonderful restaurant. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

A beautiful stay for our first time in Ubud! Everything was beautiful! Staff were exceptional! Beautiful surroundings. For us our only issue was that nothing was really in walking distance so we constantly had to organise drivers etc which was fine but thought it was worth a mention.

Enjoyed my stay overall. The staffs are super friendly and always respond quickly. The staffs in the restaurant performed magic at dinner one night which was very entertaining. There are also some engineers onsite to fix different issues. The room was spacious. The light control in the bed is a thoughtful design. The only issue I had was the internet connection. Some places do not have wifi signal or not strong enough to keep my phone connected (e.g. the balcony and bathroom in my room). The internet in the whole resort could be off for some time each day (ranging from a few minutes to several hours during my stay). But this is not a big problem if you don’t want to be online all the time.

前往UBUD的各個景點都比KUTA近上許多，房間不錯，但是沒有照片中的那麼好。浴室沒有門，翻牆及可以進到房間，感覺不安心。

酒店位於山區ubud , 地理位置有點遠。但周邊境色很好，從房間露台望出有大自然及樹林境色，好喜歡！房間內設施有點舊，浴室天花採半開放式，易有昆蟲飛入。但沐浴時可望星空，挺特別！酒店餐飲只屬一般，酒店泳池很好，是無邊際池邊設計，加上四周樹林景色，像置身森林中暢泳。員工服務很好，酒店有穿棱巴士到ubud市區，但需要約30分鐘。

Hotel was tranquil and reasonably clean. However, outdoor bathroom and gaps in the wooden windows meant there were heaps of mosquitoes even in the hotel room. The toilet which was located outdoors was also often wet during rainy season.
Location wise, it was close to a number of tourist spots that our kids enjoyed. However, this also meant prices within the hotel and surroundings can be quite expensive.
Overall, the staff were friendly and food was great. Not sure if I would recommend visiting during monsoon season.

Very nice and quite, relaxing. Really sweet and nice staff that makes you feel welcome. Pool bar wasn't open, but staff was very helpfull to deliver from the restaurant.
Helpfull in every way to make the stay as relaxing as possible. Incredible restaurant with western and local cusine.

I almost want to keep this place a secret…it is that special.
Divine surroundings, delightful staff, delectable swimming pool and dreamy waterfall.
The restaurant serves delicious, beautifully presented food at excellent prices.
We stayed in a villa over the lily ponds and the sound of the water was magical and so relaxing.
I liked that it is surrounded by Balinese villages but if you want to walk out and shop, this is not for you.
We hope to return.

There are some workshops and shops for painting, woodworking, kites and silver decorations around.
But there were no restaurants at all, so there was no choice but hotel restaurant.
The purpose of my stay was to do nothing, so I enjoyed a relaxing stay, taking walks and reading books, drinking local spirit with locals.

This was I think our 4 or 5 time to stay there. Over all we love the place and intend to stay there again.
What I did not like is that they were not clear on when the restaurant closed. It closes at 10 pm is all they said when we checked in. What they did not say was that they stop taking orders at 900. I have cancer and need to eat when I take my medication. The guy in the restaurant did not care. It was not until I spoke with a manager that they agreed to get me something to eat and brought it to our room.
I will be more aware the next time

휴식을 위한 최고의 숙소에요. 2룸 풀빌라에 묵었는데 아름답고 쾌적했습니다. 야외로 연결된 화장실도 너무 이국적이고 주변의 숲이 이룬 자연이 너무 아름다워요. 공용 메인 풀도 여유로웠습니다. 음식도 룸서비스로 다양하게 먹었는데 모두 다 맛있어요! 우붓의 여유로운 풀빌라의 휴식을 꿈꾸신다면 강력 추천합니다.
