设施虽然老旧，但维护得很好。非常舒适，员工也很友好热情。地理位置优越，就在海滩对面。 我告诉工作人员我会提前退房，错过早餐（早上7点开始），他们提前一天给我准备了外带早餐。

靠近库塔曼达利卡海滩，景色绝佳，氛围就像巴厘岛的别墅一样。 附近有很多餐厅，去萨萨库只需步行。 巧的是，我房间的空调有点吵，希望尽快修好。 总体来说，在萨加拉阿纳克住得很满意。 推荐给带家人一起来的客人。

Staff were exceptionally helpful. Always friendly and always accommodating. This location is close to the beach and only a short walk to all the restaurants, stores, and gyms. The resort swimming pool is very nice. We loved our stay here.

Makanannya enak, tempat bersih, view ok, akses strategis

Sangat ramah tamah dengan baik dan semuanya tenang lingkungan sekitarnya, terlebih ada suara burung, terlebih makannya enak, sambelnya terasa enak dan ada kekurangan kerupuknya sedikit alot tapi tidak apa-apa. Kalau yang mau menginap segera ya, sangat recommended.

A mixed experience. The standard room was too cramped to my taste, so I asked for an upgrade. The superior room went very far above the price, and I would have to pay a kind of fine above it. When I protested, they at the end named a very reasonable additional price. I paid, but not ten minutes later, they came at the door and said sorry that was just for one night. I was disgruntled but went with it. The bungalows and greenery are attractive, the swimming pool nice but with a strange idea that mostly small children would be in it. Most of it too undeep. But free breakfast, oh dear. One orders from a tiny menu that offers the usual orange juice and two slices watermelon and papaya, black local kopi tubruk or tea and toast with jam and egg. Every morning the same, which becomes quite boring. Well, if you pay, you can vary a little: cappuccino instead of the local coffee with the grounds in your cup. For a 3-star hotel, I find that stingy even if there are only a few rooms occupied. On the premises is a spa, where you can get an invigorating massage. It is on the whole a lovely quiet place, so you can enjoy your stay if you're not too particular about things. I even for one morning managed to get the music at breakfast changed from enervating guitar pop to local music. So: a mixed experience.

Tempat nya nyaman dekat dengan mandalika.

Lokasi sangat strategis, pas depan pantai, Alfamrt dan Indomaret di samping hotel, parkiran hotel ada ATM center, jalan dikit ke belakang sudah sampai di food court, kamar sangat bersih dan nyaman, kolam renang lumayan luas, ada kolam khusus untuk anak kecil juga, recommend buat yang sedang cari hotel buat liburan keluarga.

Kondisi hotel kurang lebih sama dengan foto. Lokasi persis depan pantai. Cuma kalo ada tambahan orang dalam kamar, nambah 125 rb/orang.

Lokasi sangat strategis langsung berhadapan dengan Pantai Kuta. Kamar bersih, pelayanan check in sigap dan ramah. Sangat puas menginap di sini. Terutama kolam renang yang ramah anak-anak, mulai dari 50 centimeter ada. Makanan enak, rasa lokal. Saya suka sekali sambal terasinya 👍 Free snack saat sarapan.

Saya datang saat event wsbk, saya pesan via aplikasi dengan harga 1,6 juta per malam dan yang saya dapat kamar biasa dan sarapan yang terbatas sesuai menu pilihan 1 saja soto/nasi goreng, lalu saat parkiran hotel penuh saya parkir di depan hotel saat datang sore hari bayar ke tukang parkir 30 ribu dan saat keluar di pagi hari juga diminta bayar parkir 15ribu lagi 😩.

Ketika di pesan, maka tidak sesuai dengan kenyataan. Ukuran kamar yang dikasih tidak sesuai dengan yang tertera di profile hotelnya. Kecewa sekali.

Very close to beach and staff so friendly.

Suasananya menyenangkan, tempatnya bersih dan staff hotel sangat ramah. Tapi untuk kamar mandi kurang bersih dan kurangny tempat sampah di area kamar.

Hotel tua dan sangat-sangat tidak terawat.

I love the hotel's interior and exterior. And the location is strategic, in front of Kuta Mandalika beach. The place is cozy. It was a pleasant stay
