1.房間乾淨、物品應有盡有，僅吹風機風力較小，床的品質佳，很有睡，而樓房間、一樓開放式客廳，有度假風。 2.訂房贈送迎賓飲料(AM11-PM11)、下午茶(3PM-4PM)和編織提袋，因特價時訂房，二晚不到台幣一千元，物超所值。 3.飯店和沙灘相連，飯店內有三座開放式泳池及兒童成人運動場所，推薦全家一起來度假。 4.飯店位於自行車道旁，適合騎單車，相當舒適，另鄰近當地市集、餐廳、按摩院和藝文等。這裡是我在峇里島六天當中覺得最適合度假與休閒，又能觀察當地生活的地方。 5.客服人員態度好，能夠協助房客要求，相當感謝客服人員提供的服務與態度。

This property was amazing, we have no complaints at all. Loved the spa that was particularly special and very professional. The food was amazing there if I had any complaints it would be that the prices are more premium than out along the Sanur beach seafront. Saying that it was lovely 😊

Nous avons passé trois nuits à Sanur. L hôtel est dans un joli cadre : jardin luxuriant, jolies piscines, bien situé sur la promenade en front de mer et à 5 min du centre commercial Icon Bali, 10 min du marché de nuit et un petit temple dans l enceinte de l hôtel. Nous avons rayonné et fait des tours privés avec www.findbalidriver.com , à partir de l hôtel. Vraiment un super confort et un service sur mesure irréprochable avec Indra et Ngurah. Un séjour vraiment très plaisant pour combiner repos et découvertes. We spent three nights in Sanur. The hotel is in a beautiful setting: lush gardens, lovely pools, well-located on the seafront promenade, and 5 minutes from the Icon Bali shopping center, 10 minutes from the night market, and a small temple within the hotel grounds. We explored the area and took private tours with www.findbalidriver.com, starting from the hotel. Truly perfect comfort and personalized service with Indra and Ngurah. A truly pleasant stay combining relaxation and discovery.

Needed ground floor so booked a bungalow but had to climb two flights of stairs with my I foot injury

Amazing 9 nights at Segara, beautiful people, paradise gardens, lots of pools to choose from, best beach front in Sanur. Spacious room with patio, perfect comfy bed, excellent shower pressure & hot water & daily housekeeping. Recommend making sure breakfast is included as too expensive otherwise. Very hard to fault anything. So friendly all the time.

Safe clean property right on the beach with multiple swimming pools. Staff were lovely. Easy walking distance to ICON shopping mall as well as local markets and warungs.

A great place to stay. Position is excellent, staff are great. Couldn’t fault anything. We will be back

A peaceful retreat in busy Sanur. Excellent service. Beautiful grounds, family friendly. Well informed staff about the local area.

Flere gange ufleksibel og upersonligt. Fredag og lørdag larm fra DJ på strandbar overfor hotel. Samme musik spillede meget højt på restauranten, så vi opgav at spise aftensmad der - hvilket ellers var planen, da restauranten var hyggelig nok. Glemte at fylde ny te og kaffe op på værelserne. Morgenmad var forvirrende og flere ting manglede (bl.a ventede vi 5 min på kaffekopper). Poolområde var fint.

Had one of the bungalows. Clean well equipped couldn't ask for more.Byrd house for breakfast was great staff were fantastic highly recommend this property for relaxing holiday in Sanur

Propery is on the beach with 2 pools and great garden. Very relaxing and staff very nice and helpful

Very clean hotel. Restaurant was very close to the water, with many shops and ammenities within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and always smiling.

The gardens are beautiful and peaceful, the staff at the restaurant need more training to be more friendly and not so robotic. Bed too hard had to get mattress topper put on and pillows replaced for soft ones. Aircon very loud whilst sleeping. And last but not least food was very average and breakfast buffet was always cold, eg. bacon, sausage and even Balinese food? Not impressed! Over all it is a beautiful place to stay but seriously owners should not cut corners with the services. Maybe we will come back after 2 years when renovations are finished because even when we asked for discount to stay with Reno this June we were offered a ridiculous price.

Beautiful resort property right on Sanur beach. Nice oceanfront walk provides multiple dining & shopping options. Great buffet breakfast, beautiful pools and lovely gardens. Family oriented, but great for couples too. Just over 1 km from the Sanur ferry terminal for boats to Nusa Penida and other local islands.

Fantastic property near a lot of shopping, restaurants and the brand new icon shopping centre

Highly overrated property. The only good thing is the Icon mall near the property which I think jacks up the price, else this property is not even worth $60-$70 per night.
