进入肮脏、有异味的房间

卧室很脏，浴室也很脏，不会再在 Soliga 住宿。

It 's great to stay there but the facilities is old, it 's not a hotel but motel only. Location is not idea to stay as traveller. It 's far from central city and far from beach.

Upon arrival, I checked the room that I booked, it's far from the photos that was published in app. The toilet/bathroom was disappointing. No hot water in the shower until I asked for upgrade and they allowed upgrade by adding up another Rp. 100,000.00. The food was only served upon request, which was only fried rice, dried noodles and not buffet kind of food. During check out I noticed at the board Infront of the receptionist that the price I upgraded was actually the price that I paid by traveloka. It's an old hotel. The management should consider to change their beds, and many others, if they want to make high price. For app, please make sure that you could check all the photos that is published in your wall.

Positif. 1. Wifi kencang. 2. AC baru dan dingin. Negatif. 1. Air mati, padahal lagi buang air besar. 2. Ranjangnya goyang seperti sudah mau patah. 3. Sprei ada flex, memang wangi sih. 4. Tidak ada sikat gigi, shampoo, odol, gelas, dan lain-lain. Hanya ada 2 sabun batang. 5. Semua furniture terlihat tua dan rapuh membuat suasana seram. 6. Rasanya tidak disapu pel sebelum masuk. Lantai ada kerikil kecil atau debu. Kaki kotor. Tidak dapat sendal. Kesimpulan. Tidak akan kembali lagi sebelum ada renovasi dan perbaikan pelayanan. Masih banyak hotel yang harga serupa tapi jauh lebih baik. Terima kasih.

This hotel was beautiful to stay in, particularly after a couple of weeks in surf camps. The staff were amazing and really accomodating, so much so they helped me out at 5am when my driver didn't arrive to take me to the airport. They did everything they could to get me to the airport to catch my flight (which I made) and were extremely friendly. Definitely the best place to stay the night if you are flying out early the next morning.

Tidak sesuai dengan yang ada di gambar pd saar order, fasikitas standar seperti sower kamar mandi tidak ada. Air hangat juga untuk mandi ga tersedia. Tidak masih kala dengan penginapan losmen dengan harga 200 Ribu.

Harga kemahalan dibanding dengan kualitas hotelnya.

Kualitas kamar yang biasa dengan harga yang terhitung mahal.

Kualitas akomodasi tidak sesuai dengan harga.

Maaf kamar mandinya sangat jorok, untuk pelayanan pagi sangat bagus, ramah 👍.

Jadi ceritanya saya sudah sempat booking soliga hotel vitus Traveloka karena rekomendasi kenalan saya. Ternyata pas tiba di gunung sitoly, karena sesuatu hal soliga hotel belum dapat dimasuki. Akhirnya saya minta pihak hotel untuk mentrasfer saya ke hotel lainnya. Dan pelayanan hotel soliga sangat baik, Saya tidak harus repot booking hotel pengganti tetapi soliga dengan cepat memfasilitasi proses perpindahan hotel saya. Semoga di lain waktu dapat benar-benar menginap di hotel ini, karena menurut rekan-rekan saya adalah hotel yang sangat bagus di wilayah gunung sutali.
