Swahita Ubud

The staff is the highlight. Very friendly and helpful, so the stars are mostly for them. The facilities could definitely use a revamp. The hot water from the shower was inconsistent, it would sometimes become piping hot for a few seconds. We also had the problem of not having hot water after a while on the first night, which was fixed but still was a hassle because it went cold when our kid was showering. Also, the towels and bed sheets could be cleaner. The breakfast was pretty good though the nasi mie could be less salty. 員工非常優，友善又很有熱忱，有一位還曾經在台中實習過。設施有點年紀，雖然大致上維護的還不錯，遇到最大的問題是熱水會忽冷忽熱，毛巾也不是說非常乾淨，算是小缺點。早餐都可以吃飽，但炒麵略鹹，可能需要備註調味下手輕一點。整體算是表現中規中舉的小型飯店。

The staff were very helpful, friendly and informative. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I really enjoyed my stay with them.

We had a very enjoyable 2 nights here. We enjoyed the pool and seemed to be the only guests using it. The property is quiet (a building site is being worked on next door but it is not too noisy). I recommend this hotel as it is an easy 10 minute walk to the main part of Ubud.

We visited Ubud over 2 days and had a trip to discover waterfalls, rice terraces and temples around. The hotel is well placed, calm and easy to reach. The staff was great, they helped us to organise our visits. The swimming pool is large and enjoyable.

Extremely Poor Hotel – Not Recommended One of the worst hotels I have stayed at. • No room phones; you must go to reception for anything. • Rooms smell of dampness. • Breakfast limited to 3 menu options, must order a day in advance. • Construction noise nearby is very disturbing.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm Balinese welcome that set the tone for our entire stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home, always greeting us with a smile and genuine hospitality. The service was exceptional — attentive without being intrusive, and every request was handled with care and efficiency. You can really feel that the team here takes pride in what they do. The setting was serene and peaceful, making it the perfect retreat from the busier parts of Bali. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations, and we left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommended!

La struttura è molto carina, la piscina molto bella, la colazione è discreta. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite, purtroppo si sente un forte odore di umiditò, ma tenendo acceso il condizionatore la situazione migliora leggermente. Di fronte alle camere al momento del mio soggiorno c'era un cantiere e al mattino molto presto gli operai iniziavano a lavorare. La struttura offre anche il servizio di noleggio scooter. Il Wifi funziona male. The structure is very nice, the pool very nice, the breakfast is decent. The rooms are spacious, clean, unfortunately you can smell a strong humidity, but by keeping the air conditioner on the situation improves slightly. In front of the rooms at the time of my stay there was a construction site and very early in the morning the workers started working. The property also offers scooter rental service. Wifi works poorly.

My wife & I enjoyed our stay and the services. We appreciated specially Perry for making our stay comfortable! He is kind and socialable.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good. Small drawback: a construction site just behind the hotel, but this didn’t prevent us from a good sleep. Otherwise it’s a quiet area, with Ubud Palace and market within walking distance.

Très bel accueil et du personnel totalement dévoué aux clients. On se sent attendu lorsque on arrive. Les environs sont plutôt calme et assez proche du centre d’Ubud. (500 m à pieds environ) à la fois. Les chambres sont assez sommaires mais suffisamment confortables. Excellent petit dejeuner même si ce n’est pas un buffet. Je recommande sans soucis

Oteldeki en önemli nokta çalışanların inanılmaz derecede güler yüzlü yardımsever ve her zaman müşteri memnuniyeti odaklı davranmasıydı. Bu da sizi kendi evinizde gibi hissettiriyor ve çok kıymetli. Otel yeni bir otel değil, bakıma ihtiyacı var, ve gerçekten karşıdaki inşaat manzarası bize vaad edilen ve ödemesini yapmış olduğumuz oda değil kesinlikle. Ama çalışanların bu konuya dair defalarca özür dilemesi gerçekten konuyu çok da önemli olmayan bir husus haline getiriyor. Rahat huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik otele düşünenlere samimiyetle tavsiye edebilirim.

Good hotel. Good staff. Location close to central Ubud. Traffic congestion in Ubud is crazy & this is coming from someone just staying in Legian.
