Taksu Sanur Hotel

The staff are amazing clean rooms and hotel. Ice cold aircons. Comfy beds. A fridge. Flat screen tv. Great restaurant. Absolutely love the taksu.

This is a hotel that I definitely recommend. Everything in this hotel was excellent. I especially liked the staff. I would like to mention Antari from the staff. She was very kind, communicated every time we came to eat, smiled. But I would like to pay special attention to the receptionist Fati. She is a treasure to the hotel. It was a pleasure to see her every time. She smiles and lifts my spirits all day long. If I needed help, I knew I could go to her. It was always a pleasure to chat with her. There was another admin girl, but unfortunately I don't remember the name. She is very good too. I think that for their good work, the hotel management should increase their salary or add bonuses. The room was cleaned daily. There was always water, coffee, tea in the room. The pool is very clean and beautiful. In general, I definitely recommend this hotel. Best wishes, Alex and Olena

We left early as very limited breakfast options and seating, food constantly ran out and wasn’t replaced and staff were slow and non responsive to any request. Not really a four star hotel and at best 3 star

We really enjoyed our time at the property. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast had plenty of options, the rooms were spacious and the property was very pretty. But a word of warning, the beds are extremely hard. I have hip issues and my husband has back issues and the bed was too hard for us and we suffered from a lack of sleep. A new bed was installed in our room during our stay and was even harder than the original bed. (the hotel received new beds for all the rooms). I wish we could say we would come again, but we could not afford spending another stay with the aches and pains we endured and the sleeplessness. Seriously, there was absolutely no give at all in the beds and we have slept on many hard beds but this was the hardest we have encountered. If you like hard beds, well this property is a great place to stay.

My husband and I stayed at Taksu Sanur for 12 nights. The hotel is in the quieter end of Sanur, much nicer than the overcrowded Northern part, with lots of great restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping, convenience stores, spas etc within walking distance. Nice pool and outdoor area, comfy bed, beautiful buffet breakfasts. The highlight of our trip were the staff at Taksu. All so friendly, warm and welcoming, they really made us feel at home and relaxed. Terimah Kasih Antari, Astika,Sri, Lisa,Ita, Wirada, Desi, Ati and all the fantastic staff at Taksu, you made our stay wonderful!

We stayed at the Taksu Sumar for 19 days and found this hotel to be excellent. The staff were first class and we could not fault them in any way they were attentive to our needs and I can honestly say after travelling to many places in the world the Taku Sunar hotel takes out first prize We miss your smiles and we look forward to our next visit. The room was comfortable and quiet. All in All a great holiday experience.

We loved the small feel of the place and its locations. And we especially liked the pool. Breakfast was good too. Good location for things close by as well as doing day trips. Somewhere to hang wet clothes would have been nice in rooms without balcony.

Don’t recommend this property , we spent a month travelling all over Indonesia and this was our least favourite property. Room was right beside restaurant with live band , toilet was broken, door lock did not work consistently. We were stuck for 5 nights wish Expedia could have helped us out And moved to different location. Staff was friendly but unable/unwilling to assist with room. Very small dining facility often waits for the lacklustre breakfast, only 16 chairs around the pool so if you don’t camp at 06:30 you are out of luck. Do yourself a favour and stay in Nusa Dua or Kuta.

Staff are so friendly and always make sure you have anything you need Included buffet breakfast had lots of options , meats , cheeses, hot sausages and options of made to order eggs. Fruits, pastries and rice, noodle and hot/cold drinks. Great value. Massage package excellent Rooms very well equipped, ate in the restaurant for dinner and good portion sizes , hot and tasty. Lovely pool area and nice decor. Thank you so much to every member of staff who made our stay so enjoyable!

Excellent location and close to the beach! I rented a bike from hotel. Clean rooms and property! Food was excellent! Staff were excellent and very accommodating! Stop looking and stay here. Seriously. I would definitely choose this place time and time again.

Great hotel especially for this price range! The staff is exceptional and the proper very clean as well as the rooms. My room was spacious and very clean. The food is also delicious. I would definitely stay here again. It would be hard to beat this place!

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Pool area was really nice. Breakfast buffet was great. The only negative was the bed was hard and uncomfortable.

Very nice stay. Breakfast and service were great. Rooms starting to show some age. Some refurbushing should be done. Bed was comfortable and shower had plenty of hot water. You can play basketball in the pool! Would definitely stay here again

I made the reservation at the last minute and the front desk employee was very nice and friendly, considering checking in so late
