A great little villa, free airport pickup service is great, free local drop off is great, villa is clean and staff friendly. Breakfast was avg, but better than nothing.

Great place to stay for families

The staff did their best but the owner/management don't seem to be spending on the upkeep of the property. The private pool was very good. The breakfast was ok, kids became unwell and started vomiting. Not sure if breakfast was the reason but we did find mold on bread. It was raining heavily and the roof in one of the bedrooms started leaking. Again, the staff provided good service and always did their best. It just seemed that they were not supported adequately by the management.

We had an amazing stay and will definitely return. The staff at the Dusun really made our stay. Loved the courtesy transport to Seminyak locations, loved the facilities and sound system within the villa. Whenever we needed something somebody was there to help. The pool was refreshing and well maintained, the bed was comfy and clean. Thanks for a great stay , we loved it all.

Great location clean and staff couldn't do enough for you

자연친화적이며 조용한 분위기에 (루왁도 봤어요) 걸어서 번화가도, 비치와도 가까와서 너무 좋았어요 근처는 걸어가도 되지만 빌라 버기카로도 이용가능.편의점도 가깝고 조식때 직원들이와서 식사준비도 해주고 휴양지 여행느낌 제대로 느끼고 왔어요 풀은 수심이 2.1 인곳도 있으니 튜브 필수!!

We have stayed at the Dusun numerous times, great location, wonderful villas, great service.

Absalloutly loved our stay here staff were fantastic grounds were well looked after. We stayed in the one and three bedroom villas and both where awesome for couple's or for familys. Would stay there again.

Staff and villa were amazing. Only complaint is I wish we had more towels, we were given 2 for 3 people, and when I requested extra, 1 was delivered but removed at the next clean. Overall a fantastic place to stay.

Our 3rd time to visit this property in the last 12 months, and planning to go back again in 2 months time... Very nicely maintained property, conveniently located in the central Seminyak, with 5 min walk to the beach. Free shuttle service within Seminyak adds extra convenience (though only one-way). The property is little old and could use some upgrades but nicely maintained without any issue. Only downside is the wifi connection, which is pretty weak and often unstable. Staffs are the most friendly people ever met in Bali.

The staff bend over backwards to help - everyone is ssso friendly and helpful. The free buggy drop offs to anywhere in Seminyak is a fantastic service. Great sized pool (stayed in a one bedroom pool villa) and gardens perfectly compliment the open air kitchen, lounge and dining area. Love the traditional Balinese style of The Dusun however the property is ageing and parts of the complex look tired.

Really nice

Had a great 9 days at The Dusun. From the greeting on arrival to the farewell at departure, the staff and management were fantastic. The location is awesome - simple walk to the beach or the cart transfer to any restaurant in the Seminyak area. Very easy to get around and close to many great restaurants. The villas are nice and quiet with little noise coming in from outside. Well maintained and cleaned. Perfect size for solo traveller or couple. Really like the fact that there is grass and the pool is open to the sun. Highly recommend as a place to stay in Seminyak....

The best property in the Semimyak area. 1. Location: very conveniently located to almost all "hot spots" in the area, as everything is within 10 min walking distance (beach, shops, restaurants). It is about 3 min walk to one of our favorite places in Seminyak, Motel Mexicola. You can even ask for a free buggy ride to anywhere within Seminyak (though only one-way). 2. Property: we stayed in a 3-bed room villa in June (2 families) and this time in a 1-bed room (only us with 3 people). Both were amazingly great. One thing that stands out was that the temperature of a private pool was nicely warm. Super private and quiet. Loved a water server that serves both hot and cold water, very eco friendly and convenient. 3. Staffs: everyone was super friendly and highly professional, even security guards at the entrance. Surely our top pick to stay during our next visit in 6 months time.
