Hotel baru dengan desain yang mewah, perabotan yang digunakan berteknologi canggih, makanannya enak, fasilitas cukup lengkap ada kolam renang dan tempat bermain anak, puas sekali menginap di sini, semoga harganya tidak naik.

Check in cepat, kamar bagus, tapi pas check out kami di tuduh mengambil handuk dan bathrobe padahal di kamar anak saya tidak dapet handuk dan bath robe hanya 1 di kamar utama, harusnya kelengkapan sebelum kami masuk di cek lagi jadi jangan asal tuduh. Koper kami diperiksa pun tidak masalah cuma malu-maluin aja lah ternyata tidak terbukti sungguh tidak profesional cuma permintaan maaf padahal fatal sekali nuduh seperti itu. Untuk mau nginap hati-hati lah periksa kelengkapan kamar kalian nanti mereka pikir kalo ga ada dibawa padahal emang ga dapet yang mereka tuduhkan.

Check in cepat, pelayanan ramah, lobby interior nya mewah, tempat yang nyamn jauh dari kebisingan kota, setiap ruangan bersih dan wangi, toilet otomatis, kolam renang dibagi menjdi 2 untuk dewasa dan anak-anak, breakfast nasgor nya enak dan semua pelayanan sangat baik. Someday balik lagi. Terimakash The Grand Mansion Menteng.

Hotelnya nyaman, bersih dengan desain mewah modern minimalis, lengkap ada dapurnya buat laundry pakean juga pokoknya tinggal angkat kopor nyaman buat staycation di menteng.
