Wir hatten einen wirklich perfekten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war absolut top – selten bekommt man so viel Qualität und Service für sein Geld.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Spa-Bereich und die Massagen. Das gesamte Erlebnis war unglaublich entspannend und definitiv eines der Highlights unseres Aufenthalts. Auch die Anlage selbst war super gepflegt. Es gibt mehrere Pools, die alle sauber waren und perfekt zum Entspannen. Besonders cool fanden wir, dass es keine festen Öffnungszeiten für die Pools gab – dadurch konnten wir sogar spät abends noch gemütlich am Pool entspannen.
Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal: nur ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hafen entfernt. Das Gepäck kann man problemlos selbst tragen, was die An- und Abreise sehr angenehm macht.
Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück hat uns positiv überrascht – leckere Auswahl und besonders der Cappuccino war richtig gut.
Insgesamt gibt es für uns nichts zu bemängeln. Klare Empfehlung!

I loved this property so much. The staff are very kind and friendly people, the breakfast was always fresh and tasted so good, the location was perfect as I had a huge suitcase, it wasn't too far from the harbour. The room I stayed in was immaculate. I would stay here again.

Koho has the potential to be an excellent hotel, though sadly they seem distracted: they’ve opened a new spa, added rooms?! and seem more focused on all this than the guest experience. They had a photographer staying, models or even the dreaded “influencers” and it was all a bit weird.
Deluxe studio was good, with a large bed and decent bathroom (didn’t like how bright the air-con dials made the room at night, mind) but it was also next to the bar, where they chop ice before 7am, sweep outside your room before 7…staff mean well, but it was a bit frustrating.
They also had a bad habit of playing the music too loud: again, if more focus was on the basics, there’s a lot of potential here.
Overall, I did quite enjoy staying at Koho; but was also disappointed as I hoped for more.

Everything about the Koho Air Hotel is perfect. The grounds are meticulously kept. Our villa was pristine. All of the staff are charming, personable, and make a point of remembering your name. Tirima Kasi, Usman, Rian, Adi, Nasir, Renita, and Dita. The food in the restaurant was all delicious and very reasonably priced especially in such a high end establishment. Truthfully, coming onto the property of the Koho Air Hotel is like stepping into an oasis of tranquility. We splurged a bit on the Villa with a private pool and it was well worth it. The cost was also very reasonable as it was only slightly more expensive than the old, shabby overgrown resort we am currently staying in on Gili T. I now wish we had stayed longer at Koho Air. Do yourself a favour and book your stay here. You won't regret it

Everything was perfect! Nothing to complain about. For sure the absolute best hotel on the whole island of Gili Air. The rooms are clean with perfect facilities, you have got everything you need for your dream trip. The staff are very helpful and kind, they know service to 100% and I always felt really satisfied with everything at Koho. Also to mention the food at the hotel both the ordinary menu and the BBQ night was 10/10, Loved it! Special thanks to Dicky and Marwan in the crew for making our stay special with top service and making us feel at home at Koho, We will be back soon for another time at this Hotel. Thank you Koho!

Incredible place, quiet and close to the harbour. Rooms are clean and quicky done in the morning. Best wine in town, great service from the employees. 10/10 would recommend.

Beautiful hotel tucked away off the Main Street but just a few minutes walk from the port, shops, beaches, restaurants, etc.
The staff were AMAZING! So friendly and helpful, remembering our names and giving a very personal feel.
We upgraded to a superior room and it was perfect. The hotel grounds were beautiful, clean and spacious.
Highly recommended.

This hotel was amazing. It was our last stop and we were so happy. The hotel is very clean and well kept. So many pools. Beyond all, the staff were extremely friendly and remembered your name the whole time. Also only a 5 minute walk from the port!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a three-minute walk from the harbor, which made everything very convenient. Despite being so central, it was very quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was excellent, and what really stood out was the outstanding service at the bar. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was clean and well-kept. We can highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!

What a lovely hotel. The staff were amazing and always remembered your name which was a nice touch. Pools were lovely. One had a place to sit in the pool all around the and another smaller pool was available also. They are extending at the moment so there was some disruption to the tranquility of the stay but I wouldn’t say it was a major hinderance. The new pool looked lovely also. 50k per day to rent a bicycle but quite difficult to cycle on the coast due to some deep sand on the path so just cycle inland. Go snorkeling also we saw some turtles up close which was amazing. (Not technically to do with the hotel, just a tip).
Stay here and you won’t be disappointed.

Would really recommend this cosy hotel . The vibe is great. It’s has about 18 rooms but is being extended currently
The room is clean and comfortable, love the open air bathroom - staff is lovely , breakfast is good. We had a massage and it was amazing!
I have only marked down because I feel there could be a few small improvements- there aren’t any kettle and tea/ coffee in the rooms . Also no TV’s
