The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali

The hotel is really nice of the environment and the service. The therapist of SPA were very good, we did enjoy the massage very much. However although we made a reservation for the restaurant, it seemed the staffs didn’t realize we visited it and send a mail to us on the next day for missing our arrival. The shower in the room was really weak, it didn’t come out any water during the mid night which was bit terrible.

整體很不錯，環境舒服怡人，沙灘悠閒美麗，房間還蠻乾淨，房間的景色很棒，服務人員也非常親切，唯獨衛浴設備沒有手持蓮蓬頭，只能從頭沖下來，對女生稍嫌不方便，而床有點太軟，睡得不太舒服⋯

整體環境、服務是非常好，只是部分房間設施可始舊了；另外，整理完房間後要檢查一下，如吹風筒是不能正常開關及個人護理盒內的東西不齊全（兩天的住宿裡，有些東西是第二天才出現），有些浴巾太舊了，作為五星以上，應該多注意這點，始終是客人最貼身的感受⋯⋯

渡假期間，因本人身體不適，只能留在酒店休息，未能外出觀光，幸而酒店環境清優 ，員工関懷備至， 特別感謝 Mr. 令人有賓至如歸之感！

位於安全的區域，出入均有安檢，晚上散步也很安全。另外，距離一個中型的購物商場、醫院、戲院均很近，生活機能很完整。旅館內很乾淨，服務人員均很有禮貌，也願意提供幫助，相關設施也很完備，收費也很合理。本身就在海灘旁，也有幾處淡水泳池，適合各種型態的停留。具備該星級旅館的要求條件。

This is not a brand new modern design hotel but is very well maintained and you can find everything you need from there. Apart from the various pool facilities, it's actually just next to the long Nusa Dua beach which you can swim and have water sports facilities. There are other few hotels sharing the same long beach therefore you will never find it congested and it's a really nice experience of walking alongside. Besides, the beach is facing east and so is a perfect spot for seeing sunrise! Food quality did not surprise me but is still good and we enjoyed. Please note that this hotel is at the south-eastern end of Bali which is a nice area. However, it's also quite far away from some of the activities. To us this is not a major issue as traveling via taxi is very convenient.

飯店人員非常熱情，入住時還細心建議我們幾點搭車前往機場比較妥當，還讓我們下午一點前往機場前再退房，不加收費用，聽到我們想嘗試印尼的水果馬上送一籃水果到我們房間，海邊餐廳的食物味道都不錯，早餐buffet也很豐富，只是不知道為何第二天吃早餐時有幾隻蒼蠅四處飛，飯店的設施沒有特別新穎，但有整潔度還是有的！

An excellent stay especially for my honey money trip. Very warm and helpful staff who are ready to give support at almost anywhere in the resort, I could found a staff for help just within 20 steps while I needed. The room is good, room service is good and also the environment that was really relaxing and undisturbed from others. The resort provides different choice of paid activities and service with transport arranged, basically I can just stay in the resort and plan for my trips there, waiting for pick up and no need to worry for transport. Definitely will come back.

是傳統的飯店但是整體環境還不錯

在入住这家酒店之前我们在乌布肉桂酒店住了两晚，可能因为之前在乌布肉桂的服务太棒了，相比之下，这家酒店在我们刚刚办理入住的时候的服务体验非常差，心理落差非常大。我们1点到达酒店，但被告知要3点才能办理入住（但退房时间确实中午12点），而那时我们做了一个多小时的车，真的很累，很想有房间可以休息，最后经过协商，酒店同意先给一间临时房间然我们休息，这个问题也算妥善解决了。当3点服务生拿来房卡说我们的房间可以入住之后就离开了，我们两个人连房间在哪，怎么走都不知道，一路走一路问才找到我们的房间。这个服务质素真的太差了，而肉桂酒店从入住开始就有服务人员一路带进房间，详细讲解各个房间功能，电器保险柜使用方法，最后还会带我们在酒店里逛一圈，告诉我们餐厅在哪，做spa等等在什么地方。除了中间请服务员送来洗浴用品之外，我们就再没接受任何服务。所以这家酒店的服务跟一般小酒店基本没什么区别。这家酒店的内部设施比较陈旧，房间的沙发我们都不敢坐，看着很脏。但酒店的外部环境却非常棒，比两边的Melia和Westin都要好，整个酒店被恒温的泳池围绕着，我们房间可以直接从阳台推开木门下水游泳，经常泳池只有我们两个人，就跟私家泳池一样，真的非常棒！走几步路就到沙滩了，躺在沙滩椅上或者发呆亭里，一边上网，一边看海，不要太爽！走10分钟就去到bali collection，换钱什么都很方便，汇率也不错。酒店餐厅的早晚餐自助都很不错。虽然服务跟不上，设施比较旧，但这家酒店的环境设施，地理位置，食物素质都很棒。如果酒店内部重新装修一下，服务再好好加强一下，我想会有更多人毫不犹豫入住的。

沙灘沒話說的讚! 發呆亭也很讚! 早餐很棒, 環境很舒服, 陽光很充分。 housekeeping 很有水準。 但房間椅子應該是壞了, 很難坐。(不應該沒有注意到的小缺點) 浴缸很高, 老人家要小心一些, 因為要抬高腳跨過不小心會有意外發生。 房間濕氣重一點。(空調除濕能力要強一些)

餐飲選擇少！

I think in general it is good. We travel with one kid at delux studio. Room is quite big enough for 3 to stay. Beach is wanderful. Swimming pool is not so clear water comparing to Kuta Hard rock Hotel. People are very nice and offer discount for the breakfirst which I selected the wrong backage at hotel.com. The breakfirst was fantasic. Location is very closed (~700meter) to Bali collection shopping mall. There are many optons for foods.

All the crew are proactive and willing to help. To me I am feeling they do want to make difference rather than only to get things done. During the 4 nights stay we felt welcome and warm hospitality from Laguna. Not to mention the stunning Balinese style construction / environments. We indeed had a very delightful and relaxing holidays here and definitely would love to come back again

Villa is cozy and comfortable. Hotel is located quite near the big shopping mall which can be reached by hotel shuttle bus though it picks up every one hour. Room services are good. The beach is beautiful.

Very good hotel with very nice veiw and facilities. Just the fee did not include breakfast. The location is far from Kuta beach or other busy streets. 1-2 there is great.
