很安静，离市区远了点。酒店班车车次不多，还要预约，不太方便。

it's a very nice stay; the staffs are very nice. The only pitfall is, the towels are like rugs! can't imagine that a hotel of such standing would provide such worn out towels for guests

This is an excellent hotel with everything well designed for. It is a very new hotel. Garden landscape is simply amazing. The location is away from Ubud township but it is this remoteness makes this hotel so good. Local village have excellent spa and art galleries. The walk on the ridge is pleasant.

地點離市區遠了一些,環境清幽,接駁車班次太少,早餐選擇少,其它都還不錯!

整體而言算很好，不過就是離市區太遠啦，雖然有條小路可以通，但也是還沒到最市區的地方。 接駁時間過了都還可以請飯店叫車，蠻方便的

住宿品質很棒 客房服務員服務很好 浴室很高級 早餐種類很多選擇多樣化 山景很棒 惟一缺點大概就是比較偏遠吧！

真的非常棒，物超所值(促銷價)，風景很漂亮，早餐豐盛，旅客不多很悠閒.尊貴，服務人員親切，交通上稍嫌不便

Really enjoyed our stay! Staff are pros at friendliness and customer service, surpassing our expectations tremendously. It’s slightly outside Ubud center so a lot more quiet but has shuttles to get you to town easily. Would highly recommend a stay here if in the Ubud area.

Everything was perfect

I had high hopes for The Lokha Ubud, but my stay was underwhelming—especially given the premium pricing. Things started off oddly when I ordered a pizza from room service. It arrived in under 10 minutes (impressive!), but was completely cold. Not exactly the welcome meal I was hoping for. The next afternoon, I was hit with a blast of loud, thumping music. I asked the staff about it and got a bit of a mystery tour: first they claimed it was coming from their own restaurant (?), then later—after some back and forth—they finally admitted it was actually from a live DJ pool party at the neighboring Amora resort. A little heads-up might’ve been nice. They said they’d ask them to turn it down… unsurprisingly, that never happened. To their credit, they offered to move me to a different room—further from the noise and closer to the river, where the sound of rushing water mercifully helped mask the bass. But then came another letdown: the bed sheets had a distinct mildew smell, and there was visible mold in the bathroom. For a property charging this kind of rate, that’s just plain sloppy. On the bright side, the staff were genuinely friendly and tried their best to accommodate—but no amount of smiles can make up for poor soundproofing, mystery mold, and a club-level soundtrack in what’s supposed to be a tranquil jungle retreat. For the same price, you’d be far better off at the Hyatt in Sanur.

We really enjoyed our stay but the safe didn’t work

There is nothing outside the resort you have to use the hotel taxi to go anywhere the breakfast is very average and only warm.

The Lokha was the perfect stay in Ubud! It’s walking distance into the centre but with plenty of little cafe and restaurant options close by. Staff were all so wonderful, the yoga and spa areas were gorgeous - all contributed to a really relaxing stay.
