isolated location like Maldives but still can access to villages. very nice experience to stay there; it would be even better if there are more choices about restaurants~

員工很有禮貌，耐心。 食物很好吃。 按摩不錯。 海灘有一沙堤，很有特色。 唯一缺點是由碼頭至酒店有1小時20分車程

洒店離碼頭有黠遠，車程要80分鐘左右。附近沒有其他設施，所以三餐都要在酒店解決。洒店的員工都非常有善，除了香港人會覺得他們工作效率非常慢

環境不錯、服務極好，房間很大，餐點好吃，但是海攤不乾淨，水質也不透明。 距離碼頭75分鐘車程，飯店附近又沒有商店，對於三餐都必須在飯店吃，但價格高昂，水上活動有，也是樣樣計價，感覺少了放鬆感

食物應該再多樣些

My second stay and will come back again. Very comfortable villa with pool and food were amazing both room service and dining. Coming back again in few week time for another nearby quick getaway.

We booked this place for our wedding anniversary. The communication from the staff were excellent and they've been checking out on our stay through whatsapp and communicating all the matters promptly. They also sent in a complimentary cake and room decorations during our anniversary. The service is great and food was good too.

Great resort

Very enjoyable stay, a place I would consider visiting again. Fantastic room (upper level ocean view single br). Good spa (great foot massage). Various activities, including walking the farm, off-site tours like the firefly tour wetook. Only disappointment was the Rica Rica dinner (food pretty good, room and service ok). Also, walks to outlying rooms not shaded, probably to protect views. Breakfasts were very good.

The food can be imprive

Had a beach view chalet, absolutely beautiful and a lot vely get away from everything stay. House keeping could be a bit hot hot and miss in that didn't refill toilet paper, tea, coffee etc, no hot water in shower, tv/internet dodgy at best But, in saying all that we adored our villa itself and would stay again simply for the bliss of no interruptions and natural beauty.

Ideal getaway destination for a relaxing vacation. The accommodation and hotel grounds were beautiful and atmospheric. The staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. The spa experience was luxurious and tranquil. Sumptuous breakfast buffet with a wealth of options. Overall it was an amazing stay!

Beautiful property! The rooms and private outdoor spaces are so lovely! The restaurant food options were perfect. Every staff I crossed paths with was outgoing, polite and helpful. Super happy this was our unwinding spot after weeks of travel. Highly recommend!

Amazing staff and food really is great . All cuisines are all done equally well. Rare that a hotel can produce such restaurant level food consistently across all cuisines

Despite repeated apologies, no concrete action was taken to resolve the many issues we faced: cockroach in the room, someone else’s luggage in our space, water leakage that soaked my belongings, a door that wouldn’t close properly, and a very basic breakfast—with an extra charge of 10 SGD for a glass of fresh orange juice. Guest feedback seems ignored, and no compensation was offered. Very disappointing experience.

The property offers ultimate privacy, i.e. it is far from everywhere else… it took us abt 70 mins from the jetty, but there are plenty of activities available on-site. Unfortunately during the few days we were there, all water activities were not available due to low-tide shoreline. So we spent our time cycling, table tennis, and mahjong! The compound was well maintained. Food wise, the Rica-rica restaurant offered very delicious beef rendang. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Overall good experience, worth the price paid.
