早餐并非自助餐制而是按照现有的菜单，所以对于食材有限的客人来说，最好使用非早餐制。 因为乌布气候阴冷潮湿，所以需要花费更多力气才能把床单、毯子、枕头晾干至完全干燥，以免身体发痒……而且1间房间只能住2个人。如果带孩子的话，需要支付额外费用。

Suasana sangat tenang, staff hotel sangat ramah, free welcome drink dan afternoon tea + snacks. Selain itu terdapat pertunjukan tari tradisional Bali saat dinner time. Semua makanan breakfast dan dinner sangat enak dan bervariasi.

Excellent location, superb services, helpful staff, what else do you need? Will definitely come again to this place.

The best experience I stayed in. The suites are beautifully designed and quite comfortable. The room was very pleasant; it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient, and helpful.

Saya mencoba tipe heavenly suite, pemandangan indah, bathtub sangat besar, hanya saja semut cukup banyak di sekitar kamar. Mendapatkan welcome drink saat datang dan diberikan percikan air blessing, di berikan bunga Kamboja dan beras yang di taruh di jidat dan leher (anda bisa menolak apabila tidak berkenan, staff akan bertanya terlebih dahulu) Breakfast ala carte, kami mendapatkan afternoon tea juga, karena kemana-mana jauh sehingga kami mencoba dinner di sana, rasa makanan cukup lezat, harga juga standard Bali. Pool tidak terlalu besar, apalagi kids poolnya sangat mini. Tapi it's okey sih

On the first night I got a room on the ground floor with a garden view, where this garden is the main access for people to go anywhere so I didn't get any privacy at all. I complained because the room I ordered was a Granady suite that did not match the description on their website at all and they moved me to a pool view room on the 2nd floor. I am very grateful for this. However, several other things that concern me are that it takes a long time for hot water to come out in the shower and also the water that comes out of the toilet jet shower is small. The AC in the room I stayed in was 2PK which was too big for my room so I didn't sleep comfortably with the air being too cold when I turned on the AC but hot when I didn't turn it on. The sleeping pillows are really thin, not like a 4 star hotel.

Very good villa, beautiful design with greenery space. The staffs are very friendly, helpful and always smile. The restaurant is good, delicious food with good price. Very happy to stay here

Pelayanan sangat bagus, tempatnya tenang dan nyaman cocok untuk bersama pasangan maupun keluarga. Pilihan makanan beragam dan semuanya enak. Highly recommended!

Impressive stay in here. The service was excellent.

Plus: Kamar lumayan bersih, tidak terlalu besar. Breakfast yang rekomen CROISSANT, DANISH so yummy, dan bakmi goreng juga lumayan. Friendly Staff. Ada balkon untuk duduk atau jemur handuk. Minus: Tidak ada lift. Wifi kurang bagus. Saluran wastafel mampet. Menu Breakfast tidak begitu banyak. Swimming pool tidak begitu besar. Kalau ada live music malam, terdengar sampai ke kamar.

Hidden gem di Gianyar. Pemandangannya sangat bagus. Kamar bersih, hanya di balkon perlu dibersihkan lagi.

The staff are really helpful when we check in, their welcomes us with heart, their tell us to take the rest at hotel lounge and give us a welcome drink until the room ready. Great lounge my wife so happy with the lounge, the restaurant staff Ms. Ari really helpful, my wife want to stay again at this place when back to ubud area. Note: clean the kids pool please.

Pelayanannya sangat baik, seluruh staff ramah dan helpful sekali. Sarapan ala carte ada western dan indonesian food. Lokasi terpencil dikelilingi sawah cocok untuk pecinta alam, pagi-pagi olahraga keliling villa dengan pemandangan sawah-sawah asri banget. Tapi sayang banget kolam renang anak kotor berbuih kuning banyak binatang dan daun-daun.

Went there for family vacation with my little girl. We did have a very pleasant stay. We got our room upgraded since the one we reserved had been fully occupied, definitely out of my expectation-heavenly suite just awesome. The room is spacious with rice field view at the balcony. It is also bathtub outside which is just great. So quite and peaceful, good for those who really wants to rest. All staffs were friendly and helpful. It was nice that they make up our room and change the sheet/bed cover twice, during the day and evening when we're ready for bed. The food was great. Breakfast was not buffet but still good. We had a very best dinner with live music and cultural presentation (balinese dance). Thank you Sun Heaven!

Nice ambience & room, yummy brrakfast, great & friendly service. The hotel near paddy field & green forest. Have fresh air its nice play to stay for break from works. The things need to improve is it takes time for hot water but its still work. And you need to have great driving skill to reach the hotel.

Kamarnya bagus dan bersih, cuma ada serangga karena di tengah sawah, kolam renangnya bagus dan bersih, toiletnya juga bersih, makanannya lumayan enak, pemandangannya bagus kalau sawahnya lagi hijau, pelayanannya ramah banget, thanks.

Tidak puas kurang pelayanan, tidak nyaman.

Pelayanan baik dan ramah, tetapi jalan menuju villa sedikit mengganggu, batuannya terlalu bergeronjal.

Lokasinya jauh masuk ke dalam tapi sayangnya tidak ada view menarik dari dalam kamar. Untuk hotel yang dikelilingi sawah cukup di sayangkan kenapa lobby dibuat menghadap ke kamar lain. Tapi kalau kita ke gazebo dan restoran, view yang disuguhkan memang bagus. Pegawainya sangat ramah dan ini hotel baru jadi semua fasilitas bersih terawat. Jalan menuju hotel baiknya dicor saja dan berikan kanopi di lobby masuk dan parkiran.

The front desk and all staff was awesome! They escort you from you arrived until you leave. They were really nice and so helpful. I was stay one night in capung villa. So clean but there was so much fly in capung villa cause the horse stable right next to our villa. But it was fine for my family because the atmoshpere of this villa was AWESOME! I will be back here when I visit bali soon.
